Henley Oak Kitchen……..
Our beautiful Neptune Henley oak kitchen wouldn’t exist without many people. I would like to particularly thank the following: Lucy and the In-house team at Neptune Edgbaston, from the initial phone call enquiry, setting up the follow-up meeting with our dedicated kitchen designer and ensuring the final project was delivered on time and to our expectations. I have to say the Edgbaston store is superb, it was particularly helpful having all the kitchen options on-site making the decision process a lot easier.
To Jackie who did a fantastic job designing the kitchen and took on board the vision we had and incorporated everything we wanted. As they say, it is all in the detail and Jackie certainly delivered.
A huge thank you to John and the Neptune bespoke team in Swindon.
John has been amazing, from the initial meeting with the builders, managing the installation and finally to the final hand over. No question/query has been unanswered and no detail no matter how small has been ignored.
The bespoke team have certainly delivered, Some of the pieces you have created have been challenging, but the final product looks and Is fantastic, thank you.
And finally, but no means least to James and Liam, fitters extraordinaire. Their work was meticulous.
Would I recommend Neptune, yes I would without hesitation.

We have a lifetime guarantee with our Neptune kitchen. The sink tap started dripping and we were sent a replacement cartridge but had to fit it ourselves. I think I would have expected this fitting to have been done by Neptune. However the tap doesn’t drip any more.

We always enjoy the experience when go into the Edgbaston store. Excellent customer service, always friendly and ready and eager to help. We are over the moon with our kitchen and all the other pieces of furniture we have bought, beautiful quality and an amazing range of paint colours you can choose from allowing you to be adventurous when planning your rooms.

The two men who delivered, Clint and Kiren, were amazing. Such gentleman. So professional and so helpful. They were amazing ambassadors for Neptune. I very much hope they get a special well done from you.

Good quality products well designed. Staff very helpful and our experience was a good one - products available when we wanted them and the delivery team worked with us to deliver when we needed

Neptune sell expensive high quality furniture not always available elsewhere so if that is what you want they are excellent

Great service and advice from Daisy at Edgbaston shop.

Only thing that detracted was the delivery from DPD who are rude and took 2 attempts to delver. On both days I waited for them. I have made formal complaint to DPD . Neptune delivery staff are fantastic. Worlds apart!

Haven’t had a bad experience with them or online. Always fantastic quality and the in store experience and experiences such as wreath making is always such a fun way to visit the store.

Friendly and thorough service through the whole procedure of buying a new kitchen. Designer was knowledgable and able to produce a design that met our requirements. Fitters were incredibly skilled and able to adapt on the spot where necessary to ensure a high quality job and the project manager had great communication throughout the fitting.
Very much enjoyed working with everyone and very happy with the quality kitchen we have purchased.

The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The Neptune brand and products are such good quality and have a very classy look and feel - love everything about the shop and shopping experience.

I made a last minute decision to take a little trip to Neptune Edgbaston. It’s such a warm homely welcome when you enter the showroom. It is laid out so beautiful it truly gives you inspiration. The staff are always so helpful, friendly and polite
