Popped into Neptune Halisham for a flying visit, received such a warm welcome from Rachael, Katy & Shannan. Best Neptune store I’ve been in, will be back, thank you.

We recently completed a Neptune kitchen project, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our designer, Lottie Simmons, truly listened to our ideas and provided constructive input throughout the process. There were many iterations, but Lottie was always patient and helped us finalise a beautiful design that complemented the space—even though the room hadn’t been built yet!

The installation team, Craig and Dean, were exceptional. They are true perfectionists who worked tirelessly to ensure every cabinet and fixture was installed flawlessly. Despite numerous challenges with our construction, they returned several times, travelling long distances to complete finishing touches. Going the extra mile, they even crafted and installed a window sill from an offcut of our oak counter and adjusted pantry cabinets when our new fridge turned out to be slightly too tall. Their skill and dedication were second to none—I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The Dekton counter installation was also impressive. Fitting it around an existing AGA with a new glass backsplash was no easy task, but the stone installers handled it perfectly.

After we moved in, Neptune sent Mitch to refinish all the cabinetry. In one very long day, the entire kitchen, pantry, and laundry were repainted to perfection, leaving everything immaculate. Finally, six weeks after settling in, Lottie and Lucy visited to style and photograph the spaces. They did a beautiful job and left us with plenty of design inspiration.

Although our main construction project had its share of issues, none were related to Neptune. Our experience with Neptune was fantastic. The team worked around every challenge with professionalism and care. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Neptune and everyone we worked with over what became a two-year journey!

Lottie, Lucy and the wider team at Neptune - Hailsham are simply brilliant. They have solid knowledge on what works from an interior design perspective and share their opinions in a kind and considered way. Their shop brims with beautiful design ideas. We have recently bought from them and will return. They are trusted design professionals.

Rachel and her team offer a very friendly and relaxed experience when you enter the shop. It’s beautifully merchandised and the room set ups are exquisite. She didn’t follow us around but offered advice if we had any questions. I purchased some tableware and faux stems, all of which I adore! I would choose this branch over others which are closer. I loved the “family run intimate” feel of this store and look forward to returning at Xmas for a customer gathering and celebration !

I went into the Hailsham shop this morning - it was a very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing experience. Beautifully arranged rooms, giving a wide range of ideas for the home. Everything is stunning and of the highest quality. I was served by Ellie and Shannon, who were professional and very knowledgeable. Their vision and eye for design was outstanding. I came away with bunches of elegant faux flowers, having been given so many arrangement ideas. They couldn't have been more helpful and delightful. I definitely will be back!

The people at your Hailsham store were extremely helpful and arranged the delivery of our garden furniture very efficiently. We are very impressed with the men who delivered and set up the furniture. The table and chairs are of very good quality.

Beautiful well laid out store with a great variety of room sets. Staff here are always friendly and helpful. We dealt with Shannan who was excellent and went the extra mile to help us get what we wanted.

The Hailsham team always welcoming, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. I needed some paint for a touch up and although the colour was discontinued they managed to find me a sample. So even for a small order they were so kind! They then found flowers for my vase and cut the stems to size for me. Those personal touches go a long way. Very appreciated!

The showroom was immaculate and had a very welcoming, calm atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a great, positive experience.

Great ideas and suggestions for our new TV room. Gorgeous products, colours and style.

Difficulties experienced with consistency and also fitting the products. Neptune very good at supplying everything and offering suggestions but actually putting it all together was left to us.

I ordered step stool and Brushed brass tall candle stick and both were very good quality
I was impressed with oak stool made of high quality hence so heavy which means it’s sturdy.
