The picture I bought was a present. It was greatly appreciated. An excellent choice and the delivery went smoothly. I love the Neptune shop in Hailsham.

What an amazing place....you could literally get lost looking around all the beautiful room settings! Easy to find and park and Shannan and Katy are beyond friendly....even offer you a drink! The product range is extensive and you can tell that both ladies are very passionate about all that they do. I will 100% be recommending and revisiting!

The girls in Neptune Hailsham today were so friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a glass of delicious Prosecco. I loved the garden furniture on promotion. Staff were really helpful with information on the couple of items I came in for and I hadn’t allowed enough time for the vast ranges on show. Will definitely be back!

First time visiting Neptune and what a lovely experience it was, the lovely ladies at Neptune Hailsham were so friendly and welcoming, the shop was beautifully laid out with all prices clear, my husband loved the smell as we walked into the shop and we ended up buying the oil for our mist diffuser, thank you Katy, Rachael and Katie for making it such a nice experience we will definitely be returning x

All the staff are so welcoming and happy to give their time and excellent choices. I thought I had made my decisions but having more time with Katie has really helped me make my best choices. I have a whole house to do and enjoy the shopping experience. I would like to see my garden choices

Katie is always really helpful and makes excellent suggestions. Making such important purchases is made so much easier with her expert help. I have worked with her on a couple of large projects and she is my go to person. Can’t recommend enough

It is always a pleasure to visit Neptune in Hailsham. You are always greeted with a smile and offer of a coffee (their coffee is good!). I love wandering around admiring the many beautiful and stylish home furnishings. I don't think I have ever left without having bought or ordered something! Katie, Katy, Lucy and Rachel are fantastic and so helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Having recently moved to Hailsham we have needed to decorate a new house and buy some bedding and kitchen 'stuff'. We found Neptune on the way in to Hailsham and find we love many of their products. The paint is high quality and the crockery likewise. Egyptian cotton bedding and even artwork have also made their way home with us! Katie, Rachel and Katy are always smiling and offer a coffee (and nibbles today!) to make it a relaxed experience.
I'm sure we will end up buying more in due course, a gem of a home interior shop and highly recommended. Not cheap, but quality never is.

I’ve visited most of the stores but Hailsham is special because of the staff.
They are so friendly and helpful- they encourage you to explore at your leisure without pressure but so knowledgeable when you need help.

Shannan, Katie & Katy always give such a warm welcome they feel like friends I have made over the years.
They are so knowledgeable on the Neptune range and go above & beyond trying to help which is always so fab!
Definitely my absolute favourite shop.
