Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

Fantastic aftercare for a beautiful kitchen.
I bought a kitchen from Neptune Wimbledon a year ago. Designed and fitted to perfection. I am so happy. What is more amazing is the aftercare. Under the guidance of Richard Wilkins, the HQ Customer Service team technician Luke Howard came and fixed, adjusted any details that I had asked for. Not only do you buy a wonderful kitchen from Neptune but the aftercare and professionalism is really incredible. Thank you Richard, Thank you Luke. I would recommend Neptune to everyone who would like to make their house a beautiful home knowing that their service is incredible.

Incredible staff experience!!
We visited the Wimbledon store today looking for a specific product. Gianni who helped us was incredible!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our queries and ordered products for delivery. Also neatly packaged goods for us that we purchase in store and gave great advice. It was such great customer service that we felt compelled to leave a review for Gianni! We are very happy with our kitchen. We had a good experience with the Wimbledon branch. There were a few hiccups which took some time to resolve but we got there in the end.
