We have recently had our beautiful Suffolk kitchen installed which I never dreamt I would have! First thanks go to Michael & Audra for their brilliant help at the beginning. Our designer Hayley was amazing & totally ‘got’ what we wanted in the space we had. Kayleigh the installation manager kept us updated all along the way nothing was too much trouble to sort out. Adam who fitted the kitchen did a fabulous job. The quality of a Neptune kitchen & attention to detail is outstanding.
We are absolutely delighted & many thanks to everyone who have been involved.

As always the quality is excellent. In addition the delivery staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and took great care of the table I was having delivered.

My recent purchase was a Montague high back bar stool and it was arrived perfect.
It was delivered on time and was well packaged.
I will purchase another one as soon as I am able.

Fabulous kitchens and professional design service

In 2018 I bought two Matilda armchairs together with several other pieces of furniture and accessories from Neptune totalling in excess of £10,000.00. Now six years later the fabric on one of the armchairs has started to fray and is going into a hole. I got in touch with Customer Services, Head Office initially, who then directed me to Neptune York which was where I purchased them from. I was told that there was nothing they could do as furniture frames are only guaranteed for five years and the fabric on upholstered items for one year. Their opinion, without any investigation, was that it was a "wear and tear" issue. I pointed out that the chairs are not used very often but this made no difference. Presumably Neptune are not confident enough in their products to give a longer guarantee as I have found out other companies do and this review is to warn potential purchasers to read carefully the Terms and Conditions of sale as I wish I had done as it never crossed my mind that when paying in excess of £1,000.00 for a small chair that it would only have a shelf life of six years. I have two sofas and two chairs in my sitting room, from other retailers, that are 17 years old and look like new because I take great care of my furniture and always have done. I have never in over 40 plus years of buying good quality furniture had something last for so little a time. I was advised by Neptune to "reach out" to an independent upholster to try and fix the problem. The only option will be for me to have both of them recovered now or just replace them so I really wish I had read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing because if I had I wouldn't have bothered and I will certainly never buy from them again. The TV cabinet I bought at the same time has now developed a fault on the drawer but again I will have no recourse so this review is merely to warn others about the Guarantee Policy that Neptune have.

York showroom is lovely, purchased a piece of furniture, which is nice quality, and well made, this was my first order from Neptune, and I would be very reluctant to buy anything else from them due to the terrible customer services, had to chase delivery dates, then the item wasn’t delivered, no courtesy email, text or phone call to advise of issues with delivery, so waited all morning for something that was never going to be delivered.
Sent an email to customer services for an update on new delivery, still waiting a courtesy reply, then last night at 8pm the item was delivered out of the blue, it was just luck someone was at home, poor communication from the delivery drivers, and no communication from customer services.

We used Neptune's design service for our lounge project. Leila was a delight to work with; we had several meetings, in store and at our home. Leila took time to understand our vision and get a feel for our likes and dislikes, the design pack was professional and comprehensive. At every step Leila kept in close contact, arranging deliveries and trades people and also to discuss or tweak ideas. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend the Neptune design package.

My kitchen is still in progress and looking as good as l imagined.
The project manager Kayleigh has helped me along the way, and solved any issues that have cropped up.
I’m very grateful to her for the care and attention she has put in.
My Kitchen was designed by Catherine at the York store and she has put together a great, attractive and workable space, for me to enjoy and entertain in.

love this store, The products are amazing and of really good quality. the staff are so friendly and helpful. Its a real calming space and full of inspiration and great ideas for design/layouts.

Collected an order for a lampshade. On the previous visit the staff were welcoming and helpful. Good service and good quality products.

Very apologetic about the mistake which wasn’t there fault although maybe some quality control over stock issues could be implemented (to which I could help with) and quite slow on the replacement paint.
But all the staff were very polite and the issue has now been resolved

First on line experience was made easy by you sending information about delivery times etc. and DPD were excellent keeping us informed of delivery times etc.
