Amazing products and great, very helpful customer service.

Almost great. Gave 4 stars because I paid for the edges to be hemmed and this has lifted the curtains making them shorter at the sides. Otherwise excellent.

Great website and lovely company to deal with. Samples promptly received and customer services very helpful in guiding me how to measure to make sure I didn't make any mistakes as I was ordering a pair of very large nets for patio doors. Delivered on time and exactly as expected! Super happy!!

Some misinformation and a refusal to take returns initially but I received an email from Chrissy at Customer services with an apology an explanation and the offer to return items .So my faith in this company is fully restored !!

Net curtains arrived much earlier than expected. Each one of the four ordered was labelled with the correct room in which they would be placed. Very helpful. Great customer service combined with great quality exceeding my expectations. Would definitely recommend this company. Don’t hesitate to use them if your old nets need replacing.

The delivery from the company was several days earlier than expected. There was a slight problem with a rod. I rang the company around midday and received a replacement the next morning. As I have said elsewhere, this was excellent service and I wish others could do the same. Well done.

I discovered this company over seven years ago and it has been my ‘go to’ ever since. They have a good choice, easy to use website and quick delivery. My recent purchase was for two separate
rooms and my parcel arrived with each curtain neatly labelled for the appropriate room. I like to get my net curtains with finished edges to avoid fraying and my order arrived neatly and securely sewn.

Great product, both curtains and net curtains look beautiful on the window.

I purchased a Jardiniere curtain for my kitchen window. Looked everywhere in Australia but alas could only find them in England. I contacted Net Curtains Direct and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the purchase and shipping to Australia. Staff were extremely professional, polite, nothing was too much trouble, worked around purchase and payment and shipping to another country with ease. Always answered any queries about curtain and shipping in a very timely manner which given time difference would not have been easy. Certainly I believe went above and beyond.
Service received far better than I have ever experienced here in Australia.
More importantly the curtain arrived very quickly, in perfect condition and as described. It is well made and finished to a high quality.
I would gladly recommend to anybody and everybody.
