Very reasonably priced, accurate fitting and just what I wanted!

Bought some ado relon recycled natural white voiles from Netcurtainsdirect.com a while ago. Having had to find an alternate means of supporting the tension rods I also bought (the voiles were for a v long window and wide patio door), everything is now up and I can truly appreciate the beauty of the purchase I made.

From the wide selection of products, ease of ordering online (with clear measuring instructions which are much needed/appreciated when buying curtains) and the notifications re delays with delivery, my experience with Netcurtainsdirect.com was excellent and I both highly recommend the product, the company and their staff.

Net Curtains Direct staff were incredibly helpful as I wanted bespoke measurements & size for the header. Really helpful, knowledgeable and got my order spot on, the voiles look utterly brilliant, very happy customer. (Sorry for delay of feedback).

Great product and and even better service. The order went astray first time as the courier lost it somewhere but Netcurtainsdirect redid the order promptly and we're extremely helpful throughout the process. Will be ordering more from them.

I'm truly disappointed with customer service of this company. I ordered from them curtain, but before that, I ordered a sample to see how the final product will look like and I was cheated! They have sent me a beautiful sample, with weighted hem tape. Unfortunately, the final product vary from the sample, the weighted tape is missing. I emailed them to request the missing part and seek apology but they refused to send the missing tape. It's first time I'm dealing with such dishonest company, but let's hope that others will learn from my experience and avoid this company.

I ordered a lot of net curtains for my bungalow and was a little apprehensive as I haven't ordered from this company before but I need not have worried as they provided an excellent service! The net curtains arrived clearly labelled so I knew which curtain went where and the nets were lovely even better than shown on the website. Would definitely recommend and they were delivered on the exact date given.

Once I had found this site, I sent for a couple of samples as it is difficult to tell exactly the quality etc. These came very promptly - I chose one of the samples. Filled in the relevant information on line as to what I required, and within the timeframe the company promised I received the goods. I am very pleased with the netting I purchased. My experience was overall very good.

What a great company I measured for my voiles when they arrived and hung them up I realised I had measured wrong they were too long I phoned up and explained what I’d done for a minimum charge they took them up and now there a perfect fit great service thank you
