I was introduced to NetPetShop by a friend who's dog I provide day care for. The dog is elderly with a sensitive stomach and I was concerned that the owner was feeding him food which was making his sensitivity worse. I emailed NetPetShop to explain the situation and described the dog in question and asked them what type of food they would recommend. The replied straightaway with a suggestion of a good quality light dry food and sent me a sample. The dog (and my dog) loved the sample so I advised his owner to purchase a large bag of the dry food plus the same in a wet food. The delivery arrived very quickly and now both dogs are enjoying much healthier food with no 'dodgy' tummies which has put paid to the constant flatulence which the elderly dog suffered with on a daily basis! All in all I was very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness I received and the prices were pretty good too. I would highly recommend NetPetShop to anybody wishing to purchase pet food as I received an excellent service.

I ordered Spikes Dinner for our garden hedgehogs at 2059 on the 22nd using the standard delivery option. The package was delivered at 13:00 on the 25th , thank you for an excellent service that was less expensive than purchasing from Amazon.

This site is well worth a visit the bowl and mat set i got for my cat was extremely well wrapped and great quality. delivered earlier than expected so i reccomend this company as the only place to shop for all your pets needs xx

Good clear website which is easy to navigate. Fairly painless registration and checkout procedure and although they charge for 3-5 day delivery the product arrived early. I have already recommended it to my daughter for her next purchase.

I have used them many times now and they will make the extra effort to help you with what you need. I have done one return and they were beyond helpful. The chat option on their website is very good and its handy if you need to find something or ask a question. I do find sometimes what i search for doesnt come up thats when i find the chat link great as they can send me the direct link for the product I was looking for on their website.

Very happy with the service from netpetshop - their customer service is excellent and they were quick to let me know an item I ordered was not in stock. This meant the rest of the order was not delayed by waiting for one item.
