On 25th November I ordered a bearded dragon starter kit for my son for Christmas. Initially I was impressed as I immediately received a phone call advising my it would come in 3 parcels and should be there within the week.
The first parcel arrived in the time stated. The second I had to chase up 2 weeks later, the 3rd didn't arrive until too late for me to get it set up for Christmas so I had to go out and buy the parts myself!
The whole thing was a saga from start to finish with things not arriving on time, emails not being answered, and issues with parts of the product itself being damaged and/or unsuitable. On consultation with a local professional it was deemed to be not fit for purpose for a number of reasons. Two of those reasons being the website stated this was big enough for 2 adult bearded dragons when it was not even large enough for one, the heating provided was not correct.

I felt I had no choice but to return the whole set up, even though this meant not being able to provide my son with the well planned Christmas present I had planned for him- which I should have had more than enough time to work around had this company not been so slow with their delivery times. I was told this was their suppliers that had not posted it in time, but this is really no excuse- I had placed my order with NetPetShop and it is their responsibility to ensure items are delivered when they are supposed to be.
Even after almost a month of chasing this company to sort my order out, incurring financial loss, having to take time off work to sort it out, and a great deal of stress, wasted time and upset, I still had to pay return postage myself and then they disputed giving me a full refund. They had agreed to reimburse me for the parts I bought myself as it had been their error, but when it came to giving a refund they changed the goal posts and told me they could not give me the money for those.

Thoroughly unsatisfactory. I would not use this company again, nor recommend to anyone.

Was very happy with the product I ordered. Very fast response when I had questions, appreciated the home delivery through DHL.

I placed an order and without delay I got the confirmation, next email had delivery information and the turnaround was very quick, I am so happy with them that you have the option to repeat your order ( so you don't have to keep remembering in every month). 1st class company and service.

Excellent comms with up front notification of expected delivery time. Good value product being the cheapest found (incl delivery) on the internet.

Will definitely order from NetPetShop again.

I read an article months ago about the nasty stuff that gets put into dog food. The article mentioned Lily's Kitchen organic dog food as an excellent choice with no nasty ingredients, additives etc.
I've been looking for a retailer that stocked & delievered it ever since. It was impossible to find a retailer that delievered to the Scottish Highlands until I found NetPetShop. For a small charge they deliver regardless of quantity or cost of order. Some companies use the excuse of my location to add extra costs to the delivery charge as for some reason they class it as not mainland England (which really annoys me). So I'm delighted with the that I've finally got great healthy food without breaking the bank & Gus (my Cavapoo pooch) is really delighted with his new menu, he can be quite fussy but he loves Lily's Kitchen. I highly recommend both Lily's Kitchen & NetPetShop.

I placed an order just before Christmas and was very, but pleasantly, surprised to receive a phonecall telling me that one item was unavailable but the other would be dispatched that day. It would be all but impossible to contact any of the other big pet suppliers by phone !
This was the first time I had ordered from them - they were the only company to stock heaters with guards suitable for outside kennels / cat houses. Said heater arrived at the weekend and was installed yesterday - one happy cat !

Ordered ... Delivered ... ! Best price on the net! Courier took a while to collect, but it is nearly Xmas! Once collected it was speedily delivered and I could track its progress online, so I didn't have to wait in unnecessarily ... I will be placing another order shortly ...

My order wasn't perfect - the dog collar sizes were not what I hoped for. Netpetshop dealt with my return happily and with no fuss.

I buy dog food from NetPetShop and, occasionally, other products. The delivery is very fast, usually 1-2 days! And if there is any delay, someone phones to inform about it, and apologize of course. They have an amazing choice of dog foods, to suit everybody's taste. The prices are good, the packaging is just right. The only "problem" I can find is that they do not offer free shipping for big and expensive orders, which is a standard nowadays, or bulk discount which would be a nice bonus.

This is the first time I've ordered with Net Pet Shop and I was very happy with the service. It was also one of the few pet stores that stocks Simpsons 80/20 puppy, and generally very impressed with the range of stock.

Got this to try for my siberian husky and she loves it. Great service all round and very good price. Will continue to buy this product as long as the price stays the same

I shop for 4 bunnies and it is the only store to find lovely bowls that are not dog or cat specific, hayracks that you cannot find anywhere. Their small animal department is the best. Even with the exchange rate and delivery costs to Canada its still well worth it. Super fast delivery too. Thank You!
