I was a little worried that I did not get an email confirmation and receipt of my order but I was very pleased that my order arrived next day. Exceptional service.
My dog loves the food but I will have to wait to see how she does on it as it is the first time she has had it.
I would recommend NetPetShop (Suffolk Group) to anyone wanting pet food.

I've been very impressed. I'm always nervous 'straying away' from the well known pet companies, but this one seems excellent. Very good value, excellent options on delivery and lots of communication about my order. Used twice and very pleased.

I discovered NetPetShop about a month ago looking online for a quality grain free dog food. They stock a good range of products. Ive ordered 3 times now, no problems. Good service, delivery ok too. I will use again and highly recommend them, I order the Akela dog food.

The website is well laid out and easy to use. My order was delivered quickly and was well packaged. i bought Akela, an 80/20 grain free dog food, which the dogs love. I normally feed Orijen and this is similar quality but much cheaper and made in the U.K. I have no hesitation in recommending both this firm and this food.

The resent purchaces NETPETSHOP have been very well accepted by Harley my best friend.I am also extreamly happy with the items i have bought.

My GSD developed an intolerance to GSD Royal Canin. I researched more natural options and decided on Country Kibble Grain Free. This kibble suits my GSD. He is quite sensitive to dietary changes. The salmon proved a little rich initially, but the trout or lamb suit his delicate constitution! He is also scratching less his skin since changing to a grain free option.
