First came by NetPetShop last year at Strutt your Mutt where they had a stall, our recently acquired dog was suffering some digestive problems and they gave us a sample of some food they recommended which they produce, have been going to them ever since and bought most things we need for our dog from them, always courteous and helpful and competitively priced with excellent quality products, happy to continue to support them. Our dog is mad for the fish jerky, so pleased they are doing their own now in larger packs.

No money back guarantee on dog food....was suggested I contact the manufacturer. When I contacted the dog food manufacturer they said my issue was with the retailer!! :-(

NetPetShop have, amongst other things, Orijen Freeze-Dried Cat Treats which are natural and raw. These are at good prices (they're higher elsewhere), so the site is well worth a visit. Delivery is quick and the customer service seems approachable and friendly. Recommended.

I bought country kibble dog food for my dogs, the food is really good quality, the dogs love it and delivery was prompt and as expected. Will be buying again.

Our border terriers were on Orijen, an excellent food, but I was looking for something manufactured closer to home, and for a better price. I found this in Akela. The ingredients are suspiciously similar to Orijen, and our dogs took to it without noticing the difference. The ziplock on the 10kg bag is genius too, no more clothes pegs required!

not informed for several days that dog food was out of stock. runing out of food so rang to complain, changed order and was promised it would be next day delivery, did not arrive next day, had to go and buy some food to tide him over. not very good service this time.

First class service, fast delivery, good price

I had a sample bag of Akela food and as both our dogs loved it I was keen to buy a sack. I buy a lot of things online for my job and frequently see items the day after order, so when my dog food took a while to leave the supplier I was a bit surprised and I almost ran out before it arrived. This wouldn't normally be a problem when re-ordering as one simply allows a bit more time so on that basis I would recommend this supplier. The food is excellent as well.

They advised me to cancel my amazon order as its cheaper direct with them. I did so and have been very happy. I have used them a few times and find this site is the best way of getting healthy dog food in large bag sizes delivered directly.

Had problems with this company from the start! However I understand blips happen so willing not only a second go but a third and all 3 times I have been let down!! The product price is fair and cheaper in comparison to other retailers, however their delivery service is shocking ordered my dog food a week ago today selecting next day delivery I'm still waiting now and have been told it won't be with me now till Monday!!! Returning back to the more reliable company who say what they mean! Next day delivery also cheaper delivery just more expensive product! Won't be returning to netpetshop!!!
