We are trying a new dog food, NetPetShop price was the best, next day delivery and we were even sent a free sample of a similar food.

We have a 10 month old border collie and wanted to find a good quality dry dog food alternative to Science Plan to feed him with. After doing some research on the internet I came Akela 80:20 which seems to have great reviews and has all the nutrition our puppy needs. So I order the food from Netpetshop, the 10Kg bag arrived 2 days later. We tried him on it that day and he loved it and he has been on Akela 80:20 ever since. His general health seems to be the same - it was always good anyway, however his coat looks shinier and most importantly he seems happy with the food. I have reordered the same product very 4 to 6 weeks for the last 5 months and without fail the 10Kg bag arrives 2 to 3 days later. Even the reordering is simple, log back into your account and then view your previous orders and there is a reorder link to click on and hay presto, make your payment and 2 to 3 days later theres a new 10kg bag on your doorstep. Thanks Netpetshop for a brilliant service, I will recommend you to any pet owner.

I have been buying grain free "Country Kibble" dog food from NetPetShop for the past 2-3 months. My dog loves it, I am impressed with the level of customer service and the speedy delivery, and the price for the food is much cheaper than anywhere else I looked. One happy customer!

I ordered a couple of bags country kibble, this is the second time I've used this store. Cheaper than elsewhere, nice and easy site to use. Delivered within a couple of days even when it had to be ordered in for my order. The packaging was great. Can't fault the service at all, will keep using! In fact have passed details on to a couple of people with high recommendations. 😃

I have used the site a couple of times now for ordering Akela dog food. The website is clear and easy to use and the food gets delivered approximately a week after ordering.

Great prices for really good quality dog food.

My dogs have been on Country Kibble for many months and are always pleased when it's mealtime; never leaving anything in their dishes. My Cavalier had been quite loose on his previous food and my vet advised a change of food. I found the Country Kibble worked wonders and helped no end with his problem. I'm lucky enough to live within a mile of our local NetPetShop and I can just pop in to pick up the food when I need it. I've found the staff there very friendly and helpful.

I placed my order on the 22 March and the confirmation email stated 2 day delivery from point of despatch.
The order was despatched on the 24 March but I did not receive it until the 30 March which means it took 6 days before I received it and the delivery charge was £8.99 which i would expect next day delivery instead of 6 days.
Netpetshop is the only place i can get the item from so i will have to allow for a 6 day delivery in future.

i ordered a couple of items off this company, i then received 3 separate emails saying they had dispatched my items after not receiving them after 5 days i thought to ring and enquire, during a lengthy conversation i was told they had sent me an email saying the items were not in stock and my money would be refunded as it turns out none of this was true what so ever no email and certainly no refund it has now been many weeks since and i still have no products or a refund i strongly recommend not to use netpetshop or any of their sister company's (suffolk group). i hope people find this usefull so they do not have to have their time wasted as i have.

They stock the dog food that my dogs need. A lot of places don't. In fact they sell a huge range of good quality dog food so I would be surprised if you couldn't find something to suit. I have always found them cheaper than other suppliers. If there have been any problems with getting the food, which I should add is never down to this company and happens once in a blue moon, they will always ring to tell you what is going on and try to find a solution for you. I pick the food up from their warehouse which saves me money & they ring to tell me it is in so there are no wasted trips. The staff are nice people to deal with and talk to. What more does anyone want from a dog food supplier!!!

I regularly buy form Net Pet Shop and if there are any problems with my order, they amend it quickly.

I always shop around for best value on price - Netpetshop always come out tops. Very quick on delivery too.

Goods delivered promptly taking heed of my requirements. Quality product. Will certainly use again.
