I've been buying my dog's food from Net Pet Shop for some time now. The food has always arrived in perfect condition, and arrived quickly. On one occasion there was a technical issue that could have been on my side or theirs, and an order didn't process. They replied in good time and got the reorder to me swiftly.

Rang Netpetshop to check on stock as I had been told that the dog's toy I was interested in was discontinued. Netpetshop did have it in stock and it arrived within 3 days even though I had paid 2nd class postage. Really impressed with Netpetshop and the delivery firm Yodel. Excellent Customer service.

Product recall - and nasty customer service. AVOID.

I received an email re some pistle we had bought - it is under a product recall and they said to dispose of for a full refund. I have complied and have been subject to a nasty chain of emails basically implying that I'm a liar...I refuse to be interrogated any further. Perhaps if they employed this tactic with there suppliers they wouldn't need to do product recalls?
It seems the £20 on pistle is more important than reputation.
Never again will I order from this company.

I bought some cat toys as Christmas presents, 4 of them catnip infused. The Yeowww banana is always a winner in my house and one can often last a year even with 4 cats as the catnip is so very strong. Anyway, 3 of the catnip toys had the reaction I would expect (although now don't and it's only 4 months after purchase) but their usual fave- 'the banana' did nothing at all so I wrote to customer services advising that the stock may be faulty as the catnip was either weak or a off batch and I never heard back from them! No offer of a replacement (possibly as the whole stock wasn't great) but not even a simple acknowledgementioned. In today's competitive online market, service levels are paramount and I spent £20 on toys for 1 to not work at all and 3 to have seen the end of their life within 3 months so £20 wasted. I would have bought again as their prices were good if the stock was replaced and they had the common courtesy to reply to a customer's concern. Disappointing.

Ordered a few times off then now get next day delivery and it's never next day always 2-3 days late.
The food they sell is Good quality no doubt about that but prices going up all the time last price rise was over 20% on the food. Spoke to the director of Suffolk group who blamed brexit. Now you tell me if your food is all bought and made within the UK as your telling people brexit has nothing to do with it you are just one of the fat cats that thinks they can make a quick buck off the scare mongering due to brexit. You should be ashamed of your self. Once again the food is good but don't expect stuff to come on time and watch the price keep going up and up which means if you don't want to keep changing your food your tied in to what ever he feels like rising the price to this week. Food 8/10 customer service 0/10 delivery 0/10

my dog loves this kibble which she has been having for nearly 2 years.
i usually supplement it with a half of fresh cooked mackerel but i'm sure
thats not necessary.
my dog who is a dobermann has a lovely shiny coat and is an extremely fit almost 10 yr old.
this can take up to a week to arrive with standard post so best to order before you run out .

My three Spaniels love their grain free Country Kibble. The quality and realistic price per sack is incredibly impressive. If you do need to speak to them they are so helpful. You really feel like your business matters to them. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Have been using NetPet for a good while. U have a choice of del opt. Go for Yodel - Royal Mail not good. Worth the £3 extra to be in control. Wish I could get a discount though as I order a good kibble food for 6 dogs! Yes, I know they do a bit if a perm subscription, but I like to vary the flavours!

First shop for a new food for my 3 large breed dogs. Order came quickly despite ordering over holiday weekend. Will order again once I figure out the variety of kibbles that works best for them.

Ordered an extra small Ruffwear K9 Float Coat for our Springer Spaniel. It arrived very quickly and fits perfectly. Very good service, thank you.
