Great that NetPetShop sell sample packs of Akela and Country Kibble dry puppy dog foods which I initially ordered to see which ones my French Bulldog got on with, settled on Country Kibble so ordered a couple of bags. Couldn't find local stockists so NetPetShop ideal. No problems, decent service.

I found the website easy to use and managed to order my product with no fuss. The product arrived in great time. Would highly recommend!

The feeder arrived on time and was exactly what I had ordered.

I have been using this Companys' own food for a while now. The Company has great communication if you need to contact them. They seem to go the extra to help if you have a problem & all are friendly. Their Country Kibble food is Excellent and is of a high standard, suiting my 5 dogs well of ages 2-10 yrs. Highly recommend!

I like the Akela dog food but as no stockist in my area I am stuck with buying from this company. I have placed 6 orders so far and all but one has had an issue that I've needed to contact the company to resolve it. The one that worked only did because I ordered it two weeks before I needed it but I don't have space to store two extra bags of dogs food and their delivery charges are too expensive to order more than once a month. I have spoken with their customer services several times and there is never an apology or suggestion they are trying to improve matters. They just repeat that they are a new company and doing their best. The delivery times are from point of dispatch - which means that when they can be bothered! This last order was on Tuesday for Sat delivery and yet nothing! Sadly will now have to source another dog food.

I was trying to find someone over the Christmas period who would deliver promptly when I quickly wanted to change over our dog to Eden Pet Foods (which our dog loves incidentally). Was relieved they offered next day delivery and have no hesitation in recommending them!

Happy with service, items arrived well packaged. Arrived in time frame stated and was kept updated regularly on progress

This website may be cheap but the service which they provide is slow. I have tried to pay with my card yet it is not letting me. I then tried to ask them by email and the server on the webiste where you can ask questions but they just asked for my email which I gave them 3 times to no response. The other option was by phone but I don't have the time to do this. I am quite disappointed that they thought that they could just leave me waiting like I had the time.

I clearly made a point on commenting that I wanted a blue cat collar only and a brown collar arrived...what's the point in it asking for your order comments if such requests are not acknowledged!? The print was very large on the dlevery note and I find it hard to believe the packer did not see my request.
Am still waiting on other items to arrive but am very happy with the other products I have received.

NetPetShop.co.uk have provided me with the dog food I ordered with no issues or problems. Before my first order I had an online chat to discuss and clarify delivery times. In addition on one occasion I received a telephone call from the company to inform me of a possible delay in delivery and confirm my acceptance of the new possible delivery time. The delay did not occur and I received my order within the original time slot. During these communications the operative was both helpful and courteous. Up to date this Company has been a pleasure to deal with.

I hadn't heard of NetPetShop before but decided to order through them when my normal supplier put their prices up quite a bit. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery and the ease of ordering. I will be ordering from them again.

As a new customer on this site, I expected quality of service as that was what was promised. Do not use net petshop as they do not meet their delivery deadlines and their customer service is poor. I contacted their customer service to resolve delivery issues and request a refund for a next day delivery that had not been met and was not given any satisfaction. The delivery company had not attempted delivery as they stated and the company chose to believe the driver instead of their new valued customer. AS a result I had waited in for a parcel for nothing and lost a day of work. When the item was delivered, 2 days late, it was posted through the door and didnt even require anyone to wait in. Plus the delivery driver did not even knock! I will not be using this company again as i want a company with good customer service not poor.
