I found this company whilst I was looking for a wedding guest dress.

I have ordered 3 dresses so far, and they are all absolutely stunning. The fit is perfect and they are exactly as described.
They are not cheap but well worth the money.....and make in the UK....
You can also get these if you order on line with Next or John Lewis stores..

I bought the Abstract Soleil Leila Mini Dress and usually I’m a 14 but as it was my 30th birthday, I ordered a 16 as I thought I would rather it be a little big than potentially small (I have never purchased from here before). Thank god I ordered a 16 but I would argue that the sizing was still too small, I wish I got the 18 (never in my life have I been anything more than a 14) I had to wear the 16 due to my own fault not buying a back up dress, however I would assume that it would fit considering it’s a size up from my usual, it just gave me no shape and made me look frumpy because I had no excess material to work with. It’s a shame because the print is absolutely stunning.

Good web site east to use and quick efficient service

Why do they make returning an item so difficult. They are not answering the phone. I was sent a link on the WhatsApp but the same error came up. I only want to return one item from my order. It really does put me off ordering again

I recently purchased from this company for the first time. I ordered a mini skirt and they sent the midi version. They apologised and agreed to a full refund. They offered to send a QR code which I accepted, but am still waiting for.

I had already reordered the skirt whilst waiting for a response, however, once again they sent the midi version rather than the mini skirt.

I've emailed again, as I couldn't reach them on the phone or WhatsApp, however I've also noticed that on my app, they altered my orders to show the midi version, so it now looks like they sent the correct ones

Luckily I have my original confirmation, but I'm hugely disappointed with this company.

While I loved all the products it was my first time ordering so I needed to return multiple items (to be replaced with different sizes) and the customer service was very helpful and refunds were processed very quickly.

Returned an item, been back with them over a week! Confirmed delivery!!
Emailed order number… no reply!
They owe me £120 and gone silent

Customer service went out of their way to help me with my return, using a carrier that was convenient to me since I live in a remote area in Idaho. I'm so grateful!

Love this brand and have a variety of outfits from them and will be adding more from their new collection. They are a good price point and all the items I have have been true to size and fit really well and also wash really well. I highly recommend this Brand

Never Fully Dressed in renowned for its vibrant quality day wear but I was equally impressed with my latest purchase of a bikini and matching kaftan, such great quality I can’t wait to wear it. The website is really easy to use and as a member you benefit from a points discount scheme and there service is so quick and reliable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the dress I ordered wasn’t delivered due to poor handling by the courier company, but the support team was incredibly helpful throughout. Communication with NFD customer service was clear, responsive, and professional, and my refund was processed very quickly. A smooth and reassuring experience despite the issue—thank you!

I ordered two shirts as a brand new customer.
They arrived and the white one was covered in marks.
Sent photos and they sent a label to return.
I sent both shirts back and they refunded one.
I raised it with them and they said I have to wait for them to investigate it and to go back to them once I have my first refund. Why??
Really poor customer service and feels very scammy to get filthy clothing and then avoiding refunding me.
Avoid.

I returned a cardigan which had been a replacement for another cardigan. This was mainly due to inconsistent sizing and material fabric. When returning via the app I was charged £3.99 to process the return however customer service department suggested that I hadn't been despite me providing photo of card statement. When my refund was finally issued another £3.95 was deducted to cover the cost of the return. When I questioned this again I was informed that the £3.99 was actually delivery costs for the replacement item that had been sent which would have been waived if I had kept the product. So I paid delivery twice and then for return. Not sure that I saw this advertised anywhere on the website. These clothes aren't cheap and delivery isn't either. The whole process and time delay in refunding after return has put me off ordering anything further.

Ordered a skirt and a cardigan . Cardigan has had 1 wear on holiday and same doe the skirt . Cardigan is entirely covered in baubles front sides back and the brown colour in the skirt is turning green . So so disappointed in the quality ! Worse than I’ve ever seen on any brand . I’ve emailed and hoping for a positive response as o just want a refund to be honest . Can’t understand how the material is so and and the price point is high?

From start to finish during the order and returns process everything went so smoothly. Items received were beautiful but unfortunately just did not fit me! Very impressed by the responsive customer service and will re-order with absolutely no hesitation.

Excellent service. Orders dispatched quickly and returns are easy and staff helpful. For example I had to send back a dress which was too big and after a week contacted customer service as I hadn’t received my money back. After enquiring where my package was, I was told they’d received it and my refund was made immediately.

Needed some help before placing my first online order with never fully dressed. I used the WhatsApp chat where I got a very prompt reply this evening which meant I could place my order and not have to wait until tomorrow. I was greeted with a very welcoming, helpful & informative reply. Thank you
