An extremely good experience with this company. They helped us with the conveyance of the family home and were professional and friendly through out. We were kept informed during the whole process and everybody was approachable. Their rates were also very competitive

Penny was (and I'm sure remains to be) phenomenal! We had originally re-paneled our house purchase due to an issue with the lender and the previous solicitor and boy am I glad we did!

Initially the process was a little difficult it took longer than we had hoped to have a solicitor assigned but once we did, it has all been plain sailing (as much as it depended on our conveyancer.) We ran into a few issues with the other side but it was never anything that wasn't addressed promptly and professionally. I'm sure I had an email with some kind of update at least daily which gave me great confidence that things were moving from our side and that we were in safe hands. I'm in no rush to move again but if and when we do I will be going to NewBold straight away!
