My purchase arrived promptly & packaged beautifully ready to GIVE.... I was very impressed with this gorgeous small silver gift. Personally engraved with name & DOB for our Granddaughter's 18th Birthday. She is studying Zoology in College right now so this was as a momento for her.

Followed by several phone calls to customer service about my order.
Eventually the order arrived unexpectedly.
It’s what I ordered , such confusion as to whether I would receive it or not.

Fantastic jewellery.
When I received my delivery from Newbridge Silverware it was packed very carefully. The bracelet I ordered was in a lovely box,when I opened it I couldn't really believe how beautiful the bracelet was, it really took my breath away! Very different but extremely elegant.
I was kept up to date with when it would be delivered, all in all a fantastic experience ordering from this company, I will definitely be ordering again.
