I have purchased two dresses from this boutique. Both times I completed my orders over the phone with the same stylist (Jermaine- I think that’s his name) and at times other staff members. I can’t think of one thing to complain about. I received the top tier service both times. Both dresses fitted perfectly. I didn’t have to do any alterations.

Went for a dress. They showed us one that was too big so they clipped. We ordered in the assumed size but was never measured now cannot return.

Customer service the way it should be!! The customer service has been exceptional right from the start. They quickly responded to my email, I got notifications and shipping updates the entire way. Nothing was a hassle and NYD were fantastic to deal with. The dress arrived incredibly fast, and we are in Australia. It was exactly what we ordered. The colour, style, quality is great too! My daughter loves her new dress 😍 I would shop from this store again. l highly recommend!

I have ordered from NYD for years and have had great experiences. The dresses are great, great style and material, the customer service is fantastic when I had to change or exchange. I don't buy anywhere else!

I had a few questions about the dress I ordered prior to ordering and received prompt responses. I felt informed before buying the dress, so I felt comfortable with my purchase. The dress just came, and it is BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend going by your measurements and NOT by your size. I went by my measurements, disregarding size, and the dress fits me perfectly! I really can't say enough about how beautiful and well made my dress is.

Truly beautiful gown! Quality is top notch and it is extremely elegant. The shipping was very quick. The only advice I can give is to make sure you measure yourself before selecting a size. For this style/designer I had to purchase one size bigger based on the dress sizing chart. Also be sure to review the return policy. No refunds, only store credit and sale items are final sale! Otherwise, great dress and top tier quality.

Grate service friendly staff beautiful dress ..only 1hrs went bye so fast , a little bit more time per appointment would be great.

I was worried about ordering dress online not knowing if the dress quality would be as picture shows and also time it would take to get dress to me being I needed the dress in a certain time frame. Call customer service and they were so helpful, I ordered the dress and it was here within time frame they quoted and the quality of dress was exactly as the picture shown. I will definitely order again. Thanks NYD saved me during a time crunch after months of searching for dress for my daughter.

Beautiful dress and really good Quality,it the only thing that mine fit small so I had to send it back for a bigger size, this company is the best when it comes to quality.

Quality of dresses did not meet expectation of the price point. Dresses were extremely thin with a $1k price point.

I live in South Africa and can only order from New York Dresses online, it has been such an amazing experience. The website is so user friendly and the customer care service is excellent and so helpful ( at any time in the world ). my order arrived well before the delivery. I went to New York Dress a few weeks ago to get a dress for a wedding. I can't say enough about Kim. W and the other young lady that was there with her. I bought a two-piece dress and I bought a Small-size outfit. However, my top size is XS and my bottom size is Small. I really hoped I could select different sizes for the top and bottom to fit better. I ended up paying more by taking the top to a tailor to make it fit.
