There was an issue with our flight being delayed three (3) times, meaning we would miss our scheduled show today. The company worked with us to use it later and "Sam" was excellent in communicating back with me and offering a solution. Thank you all so much🫶🏾

Excellent service, friendly and reliable customer service.
I received the best service I could have from Marika. My credit card had problems at the time of payment, resulting in a duplicate payment.
I sent the message at night, around 9 pm, and the website's response said they would get back to me. Before 9 am, Marika had already resolved my problem.
I am immensely grateful!

Alex helped me finalize a refund for a show that had been cancelled. It was very quick and seamless! We are very disappointed that we can't see the show but it was great to have a helpful person guide me to the refund as we couldn't use the voucher.
