The tickets were easy to get
The tickets were easy to get, however, when I was sent the barcodes for the tickets, it stated seat 1 and seat 3. The 2 seats I chose were together. Is this how the seating is numbered or are my daughter and I sitting apart from each other? Can customer service help me?

We can confirm the seats you purchased are next to each other - This particular venue uses odd numbers for the left side of the venue.

I accidentally ordered for the 2 PM…
I accidentally ordered for the 2 PM instead of the 7 PM show. I immediately went to correct the error and was given a voucher code which was not accepted. I then ordered that 7 PM again and again the voucher code was not accepted on the third try I ordered without the voucher code and was allowed to purchase the tickets. I was told at the ticket counter that I still have tickets for the 2 PM and 7 PM shows and my credit card has been charged for both. The person at the theater told me that you are a third party vendor and there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they sent you my contact information but I don’t expect to hear from you before Tuesday after the holidays. I expect to be reimbursed for the 2 PM Sunday afternoon show. If not, I will dispute the charge.

Great resolution to see the show by customer service
I got very ill and we made it to the hotel in the city, but couldn't make it to see the show. Since we do live in NYC, I asked if there was anything that the that the theater can do and they kindly gave us a voucher so that we can experience the show on a different night. Thank you so much for wonderful customer service!

Customer Support was great in helping me change tickets to my friend's name.
Customer Support was great in helping me address and unexpected change in plans. They easily transferred the tickets from my name to my friend's name so that the rest of the group could enjoy the show as planned.
