My family experienced a loss and was unable to make a scheduled show. The AI chat bot refused any help and continued to remind me that all sales were final. If it wasn't for Jess stepping in, I would've refused to utilize this business in the future based on the difficulty of the situation and the lack of perceived empathy.
Jess was able to provide immense relief and assistance, transforming a one star experience to a five star experience.

Superb venue, even better production.
The show exceeded my expectations. This is my favorite musical and every aspect was wonderful. Every actor’s performance was spot on. “Till we reach that day” before the end of the first act. SPECTACULAR!! Even Coalhouse was emotional. We would go again if it wasn't so expensive to cross the river with the added fees. Great venue, never been in the Vivian Beaumont Theater before but interested in going again. No bad seat in the house.

Jess was very professional and patient. He took the time to understand the problem and search for a solution. He hung in their, even through some technical difficulties, and worked on the problem, solved it and we were able to secure the order. Quick and easy
I made the reservation online after reading through the available plays. It was a quick and easy process where you pick your seat after seeing what is available on the seating chart. The ticket came via QR code 24 hours ahead of showtime.
It was clear and easily understood. BTW the show was great.

So much fun!!!!!
My grandchildren were completely mesmerized by the whole show!!!! The Uncle was amazing! He kept the children totally focused on the show!!! The nephew was incredible! I was personally trying to figure out who was having more fun…the kids in the audience or the 35 year old bubble master!!! I’m bringing my younger grandchildren back asap!!!! What a fun time we had!!!!! The people who were taking pictures of us in bubbles were so positive and friendly! The whole staff were amazing!!!!! I cannot wait to bring my other daughter and her family back!!!!

Entertaining and smart!
Music, vocals, set and story were all wonderful. A witty, interesting twist on the Shakespearean tale with a positive, uplifting message. My 12-year-old granddaughter loved it, and wants to see it again!

First and Best NY Theatre Guide Experience
I have never been to NYC and wanted to experience going to a musical. I bought tickets and realized the timing would not work for me. I needed to reschedule. Although I purchased the insurance, I did not understand how it worked. The Voucher system. I purchased new tickets not using my voucher. I reached out to Finnian and he was able to provide me with a refund even though this is not the policy.
