Joe Tuner Gone is garbage and the seats are terrible uncomfortable. I would not suggest this to anyone.

My show was cancelled. They gave me a link to book new tickets. There was a problem with my tickets and they helped right away. I appreciate the time they took to listen and solve the problem. It was a timely manner. The service was exceptional. I would definitely use them again to book tix!!!

My representative alex was very understanding and compassionate to my horrible situation. I was readmitted to the hospital for a 2nd spinal fusion surgery 5 weeks after the 1st as 3 screws became loose. The 1st person was not nice at all. We live in NYC and attend theater and Lincoln Center events all the time and I have always experienced compassion for my unfortunate situation. But your 1st rep was not nice and Alex was Great1

While I would have liked storing the electronic tickets in my Apple Wallet, short of that, I would definitely use this service again.

Fail by the venue and ticket sales. This was our one show while on vacation in NYC as it came recommended by friends and family. We arrived as a family of 4 with our daughter age 20 with her parents and we were not able to attend the event. Very disappointed. Hope we can at least get refunded. Maybe we will try again next year.

The seats were not as advertised. They were in the back of the theater, in chairs that had been clearly added and were not raked. Also next to light/sound booth. These should have been marked as obstructed vision seats!

Extremely easy to find and purchase our tickets online. The seat view feature was a bonus. Added security in requiring a “handshake” with our payment partner was greatly appreciated in a time when one is never completely sure of what they’re buying through a website.

I purchased tickets and then learned that my partner had purchased tickets for the same show on a different day as a birthday surprise for me. It was a wonderful surprise until I discovered that I could not cancel my purchase without giving up 20 percent of the value.
