I want to share my experience with NFOservers. Back in 2013-2017, I hosted about 4 gamemodes on their Managed VDS server, and it was an excellent experience. Despite having a sizable community at the time, their VDS handled the load flawlessly. I didn't experience a single DDoS attack during my time with them, probably because they were protecting me behind the scenes. Their customer support was fantastic too, which I really appreciated.

After a 7-year break from gaming, I decided to return to the world of servers and hosting. Initially, I was interested in web hosting and potentially a dedicated server from NFOservers. However, when I placed my order, I was unexpectedly marked as a high-risk customer, despite doing everything correctly. There was a bit of miscommunication, mostly my fault, which led to a rocky new-start.

Thankfully, John, the CEO himself, stepped in to personally handle my case. Despite my less-than-stellar behavior, he offered me an amazing discount on a dedicated machine. I gratefully took him up on that offer, along with web hosting. And just like that, everything felt great again - just as I remembered it.

The control panel is what really stood out. While most hosts use the generic WHMCS billing and game panels, NFOservers has this powerful all-in-one control panel that handles everything amazingly.

I have to give a huge shout-out to John for his patience and for not just outright banning me after my initial blunder. The rest of the support team is awesome too - quick to respond during office hours and always helpful.

Coming from my previous nightmare experience with a company that shall not be named, where they made wild claims about 17Tbps DDoS protection and 10Gbit networks (which turned out to be gimmicks.) The support was horrible, with untrained staff and datacenters going offline for a month without any communication. NFOservers has been a breath of fresh air.

While I'm not an active customer any more, they've always been extremely dedicated to providing unmatched customer service and flexibility. I started as a customer with NFO well over a decade ago. I have been using these guys since 2016. Their DDoS protection is literally unmatched. Good for Gaming VPN's or general all around use. Their staff is very lovely and their CEO John is always a super chill guy to deal with. Looking forward to many more years with these lot.

I've been going to this company for at least six years now and its not good. But today was probably the last turn of me ever going through these people ever again. I had a client and I was working with her to set up her five M server, and I got a fatal error saying that the OS was corrupted. And when I asked for help, they gave me some instructions to try to recur recover my data.
But it did nothing but create more problems. So after four months of work, gone in less than two seconds, They told me that it wasn't their fault that this happened when I tried to reinstall Windows got the same exact error, and they claimed that it was because of XAMPP or WinRAR that this happened.
So I will no longer be going through this company, I will no longer tell people to go through this company and this company is not worth going through, because in the end, your data will just get deleted and they will act like it's your fault.

Every time I've rented a VPS from NFO I have been nothing but pleased.

I have been hosting with NFOservers on and off for almost a decade. Every time I come back i try a different host then almost immediately come back to NFO, their quality in game servers and customer service is 2nd to none. I have used everything that they offer game servers, vds, dedicated machines, and their webhosting, not once have I been disappointed. Before deciding to leave a review i was reading someone of the one star reviews since i was curious as to why they got such such a low score, but it seems it was just people who couldn't afford their machine and wanted free service and slapped a didn't get a refund for title. The prices they say are competitive, but in my opinion it is one of the best. I have hosted with many companies that offer similar configurations that are about 30-50$ cheaper but the ram is slower or the storage is less or the bandwidth is small, and when you configure it to the exact configuration nfo offers the competitor is usually more expensive. Their replies are almost instant and even if the ceo does have to get involved there is not many companies you can say that the ceo made time to fix an issue. That is how much they care about their customers. I have had issues that couldn't be resolved like a 7 days to die server crashing. One of their representative took the time to test the server then tested it with the mod i was using and found out that the mod was breaking the server, so i had to ditch the mod issue wasn't resolve but the issue was not on their end. In my opinion NFO remains the best game server provider out there.

I used NFO for a solid year to host multiple game servers and web hosting. The agents at NFO are among the smartest, most helpful and just brilliant support teams I have ever come across in all my years of dealing with businesses. The fast responses, follow ups and incredible instructive help has left an impression on me that will remain with me forever.

My only criticism is that the interface of the site is becoming more and more outdated, given its completely functional and works great, it's just not the most visually appealing but that's me really picking.

After being with them for 2 months going on 3, they’re VPS/VDS servers are very affordable and as well as there dedicated machines, they helped me 1st month to move from a VDS to a Dedicated Machine, and got it setup within a day.

They’re staff team is quick for response, and very informative for the tickets as well, this is what I like to see is having a fast & reliable support team, whenever needed.

I can’t thank them enough for how affordable they’re items really are, and I will definitely recommend NFOServers to anybody looking for affordable, and great server support.

Every server provide could be either good or bad. You could face problem and you could enjoy your server.
I've bought a CSGO server long time ago and it was a really nice server. without ping problem or lag or crashes.

- Perfect support team cares about there customers, and makes everything clear to you.
- Server's are good from ping to performance.
- Control panel has so much features, from giving permissions to selected guys with limits to managing the server.

The best tech support, even if sometimes support technicians cant solve the problem immediately, then ceo jumps in to take care of everything. Performance of servers is top notch and price is fair for the quality of service, which is excellent. I recommend NFO over OVH. Happy customer for 8+ years already....

NFO cares about their customers in ways that go above and beyond the standard run-of-the-mill server provider. If you're unhappy with the performance of your slice or hardware, reach out to them. They will try to make it right.

They also clearly care about what their customers think, which is something I find lacking in today's server hosting climate.

They Offer no credit for unused days, and charge a pro-rate for all changes in payment dates, even if it’s 2-5 days later than the usual one. For a business, this is a horrible ordeal. Banks do not even charge pro-rates on Credits and loan payment date changes.
