Been a dependable server provider for many many years now.

I have been using NFO for years! They never cease to amaze me. We use the birtuall systems for our sim racing. Teh 4 core system is worth every penny. Wouldnt use anyone but NFO for our server boxes! Always available to assist with any questions, so customer service is second to none! Give em a try, you will not be dissapointed!

We've been with them for over 2 years have nothing but good things to say about NFO.They are always great through their support and take good care of you. We have one dedicated server and two game servers, each have great performance and DDOS protection (unfortunately had to experience once, so I know it works well).

Their control panel is admittingly a bit dated looking, however it works very well & I'd prefer a functional panel, then an updated buggy one.

Overall I give full recommendations to use NFO Servers. I know I will continue to use their services for years to come.

Only have had Teamspeak from them so when went to order server , it was suppose to come with a 2 day free trail but it didn’t so I purchased wrong server since they didn’t have options another company had. It was on the page the free trial while purchasing then gone

It was my bad and I misread it but the support staff and CEO were great and helped me

You can't complain about prices due to how great the servers actually run! If you're looking for a powerful server that can't handle up to pretty much anything than NFO is for you! The customer support is the best. They will respond in the matter of minutes! They also are very friendly especially these people; TimeX with empathy. Vanderburg with friendly-ness, James straight and simple, Bill with logic. These people are what makes NFO so great in the awesomeness of ways!

control panels and everything is very user-friendly and works great. no complaints really I've used quite a few providers over the years and NFO is definitely the best in my opinion.

Refused to refund me for my server that no one uses, I don't maintain, and is just abandoned as a whole. So now I have this useless slow Garry's Mod server sitting around because they are too incompetent to even consider refunding me.

Such a great hosting company. I hosted multiple Garrys mod, TF2, CSGO, etc servers with them back in 2012. Now I came back to order a web server for school and I was happy to see that nothing has changed! Their control panel is so simply designed without modern styling that makes everything hard to find. They have an FTP that is super fast, and doesn't have trouble connecting like I have with Hostinger. Their customer service has always been amazing, back when I ran game servers they would help me with problems in the middle of the night often responding within an hour. I am just happy that this company is still around, it is nice to have a sincere company that really cares about a quality product.

Good quality servers, had them back in 2006 for a simple game server and it was perfect and the customer support was on point. Now 13 years later I order a dedicated box from them and still got the same quality and customer service I received previously, very impressed by how long this company has been going and the quality and services just keep improving, thanks so much NFO!

Small company but they have great customer service. I shopped around for a while and could not find a more reasonably priced company. They usually respond within 1-2 hours of an issue, and will even get in touch with their ceo when it comes to new technology. I would not consider switching to another company. I have used Nuclear for my Vps and now a Dedicated Server, or as they call it a full machine.

Used these guys for over 3 years. Great stuff. No other words to describe.

I've had server through NFO on and off for quite a few years now. My most recent experience with them and all other prior experiences have been nothing but exceptional.

Customer Service - Their customer support has been superb (which I'd imagine is hard when dealing with a pest like me) throughout the years! Replies are nearly instant, regardless of the time of day. Representative responses are concise and friendly. From Vanderburg to James to John; the team that they've put together is simply impressive.

Server Access/Control Panel - Their control panel is easy to use and extremely intuitive. The power that you have with the control panel is astounding. Even if you want to connect through FTP, then their forums have an insane amount of information within them that will help you along the way with whatever it is that you may encounter. I recently upgraded to a full machine and the access that you have to it is quite impressive even under their 'managed' option!

Server Creation Time - From the time that I order a new server to my dedicated machine to the time it is active is around 2 minutes. I don't think I need to go into this much being that I've not run into any other server hosting company that even comes close to this. Quite impressive.

Pricing - I've seen others complain that their prices are higher, but here's the truth: If you want a gaming application installed on your generic PC, running off of a mediocre network, then NFO isn't for you. If you want your server application run on the most powerful hardware out there, using the most impressive of networks and the least downtime (I actually have never experienced any downtime or lag), then NFO is for you. Do yourself a favor. Look at their system and network specs. The price that they give for what they offer is impressive.

Overall, there is only one server hosting company for me. NFO. If you're looking into getting a server, then don't hesitate. You won't regret it. A+++
