Do we have to smell or magically know that it's put in a container that is already emptied a week ago?

Nike
can you please explain the following: we ordered 3 shirts for my 9 year old son and we are still waiting for the order. We mailed, we called, nothing. Today my wife called again and guess what? They tell us the delivery guy placed it inside a blue container weeks ago. A filthy container and not a single note in our mailbox. Do we have to smell or magically know that it's put in a container that is already emptied a week ago? Now you guys don't want to send another package nor do we get our money back. Is this how you treat your customers in the Netherlands? Shame on you!

Purchased a pair of size 7 Nike air max…

Purchased a pair of size 7 Nike air max when I received the order a size 7.5 was sent out in a size 7 shoebox, returned the item as per the returns portal and started incorrect shoe size was sent out by Nike after nearly a month of chasing for an update and being told they not been looked at yet I am then told my refund was declined due to incorrect items sent back which was an error on Nike part not mine as Nike should have sent the correct size in the first place as a size 7.5 should not have been inside a size 7 shoebox!!! Each time I contact the Nike customer service I am told my case has been escalated to a supervisor which is now at the 6th time of asking and I am still waiting for a supervisor callback so as it stands I am £175 out of pocket all because Nike sent out the wrong size in the first case!!! Nike if your reading this I will not stop until I get my money back and will continue to leave bad reviews until this has been resolved!!! It is obvious there is a scam operation running in the Nike warehouse which needs investigating!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would

If I could give a 0 star I would.
I bought 2 pairs of trainers for a birthday present for twins.
Apparently they where delivered and left outside. Which i never told them to leave outside. I will on a main road and parcels going missing all the time.
Its been nearly 3 weeks and Nike haven't refunded me or sent more out. All I get when I contact them is, we are still looking into it. No update or anything from them.
They treat there customer so bad. A big company like that and treat people so bad.
Shame in Nike!

Refund refused despite confirmed delivery – appalling treatment

I returned a brand new pair of trainers to Nike on 29 December using Nike’s own InPost locker return label. Tracking confirms Nike received the parcel on 2 January, and InPost have confirmed delivery in writing.
Despite this, Nike continue to claim the item is “missing” and are refusing to refund me unless I provide a receipt. This is an electronic locker return — no physical receipt exists. I have explained this repeatedly and provided every piece of evidence available, yet Nike continue to ignore it.
I am a nurse. I can afford to lose £90. That is not the point.
The point is being treated as though I am dishonest, when I followed Nike’s return process exactly and their own courier has confirmed delivery.
This has been dragged on for weeks with scripted responses, zero accountability, and an insistence on documentation that Nike know cannot be produced. The issue is clearly an internal failure between Nike and their courier, yet the customer is being punished for it.
I will not be using Nike again. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced.

UPDATE 02/03/26 - Update: It is now March and Nike still refuse to process my refund, despite all evidence of delivery being provided. Klarna have now become involved, claiming my payment “failed” and threatening late fees, even though I returned the trainers using Nike’s official InPost locker service. This has gone on for over two months, with no accountability or resolution from Nike.

They don't care about there customers

It is so disappointing, Nike use to be a great company in my eyes. I am a member and always bought my trainers and my boys trainers. I don't know when the service declined so rapidly but they really don't care about there customers. There are no active resolutions when problems arise, they just ignore you, don't escalate the problem to any type of management. It actually feels dodgy. My trainers were sent to a locker I was never given a pin code or QR code so could not collect them. Is this a trick with the delivery service or Nike?

Purchased a pair of Kobe 9 Elite low…

Purchased a pair of Kobe 9 Elite low bassketball shoes and the sole tore after 4 months. After multiple phone calls to figure out the automated phone bot and having to send in the shoes my claim was denied. The biggest issue was not them declining, but rather the assessment which claimed the shoe was damaged by some sharp foreign object. 100% incorrect assessment and no further recourse. These shoes never touched anything other than the basketball court. Scam process.

Denied returns unfairly

HI @nike , no need to keep deleting my post to hide the situation of Nike treating customers unfairly. Please resolve the issue fairly., I am deeply disappointed and unhappy with your online return rejection. i am nike member, I purchased shoes, tried at home in my room for a few minutes, too tight. Returned. Then nike rejected my disputes. I have raised multiple escalations to dispute since 13th Feb 2026. Despite numeorus live chats and emails, still Nike sent back the shoes to me and rejected the return. The photo evidences given for being *worn/used* are absurd because they look new like how I have received the shoes. If what I return is considered worn/ used conditions, does it mean Nike sent me worn / used shoes? I am unfairly treated and Nike did not honour the 30 days free return policy fairly. I insisted on getting my refund. Those live agents and email depts couldnt help me despite multiple escalations.
