Bought a pair of Nike slides to get here for a cruise says be here in 2 days never got them. When I got back on my five day cruise they still weren’t here. Walk in house canceled. After asking for refund they said it would be on my card by the feb 25th that’s 10 days after I purchased it . Didn’t get it on the 25th . I called today to hear I won’t receive it until march 9th. I’ll never buy online again yall messed it up for me with this one. Just holding my mind I could have took my money and bought slides another time or somewhere else but now I’m just out of the money until yall say it will possibly be processed!!

Really bad customer service on warranty item

I had to return two items due to faults. The chat service was painfully slow. It is very much like they are making it as hard as possible to deal with. It took me 3 attempts to initiate the returns I needed to to due to the slowness of the chat bot response. Then a picture of a damaged item was not enough for a warranty refund on a €30 item? Eventually got the return labels and sent the items back. I was then waiting 3 weeks with no response on one of the items. When I checked status on the site it still said "return initiated". I had to get onto the awful chat service which eventually informed me that my item had "just arrived"! (the other item had already been fully processed and exchanged). And it will be another 3-5 days until I get an email saying whether they'll give me a refund or not!! This is a multi billion company and they treat customers like this?

Updated review. This morning I was hoping to receive a parcel from you. It was delivered to the wrong address by DPD. I reached out to Nike, uploaded a photo of my house, which is clearly different to the one it was delivered too. Here is the response I received from "NIKE: Hi ....,
Hope you are doing well. After a thorough case review, our records show that everything has shipped correctly from our warehouse, and our courier confirmed that this parcel was delivered correctly. So we can't confirm the refund. We are truly sorry for this outcome and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Hope you a lovely day. Nike Team"

I have since been out to locate my parcel, and found the address it was thrown on the doorstep of, and collected it. The people in the house didn't even know it was there as the courier didn't ring the bell.

All in all a pretty poor performance from you NIKE and DPD.

Well, after all that not confirming the refund email, today on 5th march NIKE have sent a refund. Who saw that coming, not me after they said I would get no refund. I have raised there score from one star to three.

they are scammers. I ordered a pair of shoes which was black in colour but i recieved the another shoes instead of the orginal one i ordered . it was a very cheap quality shoe

Quality less price high

How can be a product has less quality like this when you paying high amount of money product should has high quality but nike failed here even with high price the quality is just cheap this not what customer what no value for money at all

The delivery was pretty fast!

Of course, what else should I say about Nike? The one who picked the color was my husband, and he opted for the Vomero 5 - Beach. It was pretty really in the picture! But I don't want to be fooled again by the photos. By the way, the delivery was fast. I like that the shoes is comfortable enough for daily errands.

Terrible agents

They keep offering promotions which don't work for me. Contact their agents who advise me to place the order then contact them again when it ships. When I do that the next agent doesn't understand my query. Eventually after showing screenshots they agree to do what the first agent said. In my most recent interaction the agent did not even refund the full amount. Cannot email anyone to properly investigate. Cannot download the interaction either
