I had contact with their customer service, but everytime they didn't reply on my question... 5 emails further before they replied on my actual question.

Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke. For reasons unknown to me my order was processed twice. I realized this 1 hour after I placed the order. Called customer service and since I didn't call within 30 minutes, they wont cancel my order. I told them I didn't place the order 2 times for the same exact thing. Also the totals were different. For the same things. There is no talking to them. They dont know what they are doing. I asked for a manager to call me but have yet to get that call. I will never order from nike again. I have to wait until order #2 comes in, then call them back and send that order back, then wait on my refund. Ridiculous!
Bad customer service from Nike
I ordered a pair of trainers from Nike and what arrived was a plain cardboard box filled with packs of paper and card. It was also wrapped in a clear plastic Royal Mail sack tied with a cable tie, so it had obviously been damaged or tampered with in transit. I contacted Nike five times and sent three different photos with evidence of what I’d actually received, but they refused to give me a refund, saying there was confirmation that the package had been delivered ‘with the item in it’. Complaints just hit a brick wall with this company - daylight robbery!
The worse customer service in my entire…
Still have not heard back from customer service! 6 chats and 3 calls to Nike customer service.
The worse customer service in my entire sports career, clueless staff, no idea of multiple delivery issues after several mentioned in our several conversations after nearly 4 hours on chat & on phone, staff had no idea after 7 in depth explanations concerning multiple purchasing issues, more importantly informing me I am a United Kingdom resident which is totally false. I will continue to leave negative reviews until my issues are corrected. Absolutely unacceptable at all levels at Nike.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Nike Factory Store Changi City Point and often recommend it to friends because the staff there are helpful, knowledgeable, and always attentive to customers.
Unfortunately, my visit to the Nike Factory Store IMM today was a stark contrast. Several staff members were constantly gathered chatting among themselves while the sales floor felt unattended.
I’m sharing this because I know Nike stores can deliver excellent service, as demonstrated at Changi City Point. I hope the team at IMM can improve the customer experience.
DPD Lost My Shoes, Nike’s Solution? Useless Refund
I can’t believe how Nike handled this. My limited edition sneakers were lost by DPD and there’s literally no way to get them back — even afterwards, there’s no solution for recovering the shoes.
Instead of even trying to help, Nike just refunded me through the Sneaker App without warning — I only found out via email. A 15% off for my next purchase? Really? That doesn’t come close to replacing a shoe that now sells for almost twice the original price.
This isn’t the first time DPD has lost valuable deliveries — my brother had the same problem, and I’ve had parcels arrive with boxes clearly opened. Please, Nike, don’t pretend you don’t see this ongoing issue. Why keep using a carrier that repeatedly fails your customers?
The lack of communication, the useless refund, and the choice of a clearly unreliable carrier shows that Nike doesn’t actually care about customers who spend hundreds on limited releases. No wonder the sneaker community is shrinking and it’s not as hype as it used to be a few years ago.
Satisfied Customer
I really like your product, it's always so classy and sporty.
Kobe shoes shouldn’t be this limited.

As a short girly, it's rare to find a shoes that fits my size and quality is okay. Delivery just took a little long almost didn't made it to the event.
Return received but no refund after 40+ days
I had a very disappointing experience with Nike’s online store.
I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force 1 '07 LV8 shoes (order G10224213544) for 519.99 RON. After less than 30 days of normal use, the shoes developed a tear on the side, which clearly appeared to be a manufacturing defect.
I contacted customer support and was instructed to return the item. The return was collected by courier on 5 January 2026, and later Nike support agents confirmed that the package had already been received at their return centre in the Netherlands.
Despite this confirmation, more than 40 days have passed and the refund has still not been processed.
Each time I contact support, I am told the case has been “escalated” and that I will receive an update within a few days. However, this has been repeated multiple times without any real resolution.
At this point:
Nike has confirmed receiving the returned product
the refund has still not been issued
customer support keeps repeating the same scripted responses
For a company of this size, the return and refund process is extremely frustrating and inefficient.
I have now had to escalate the case through European consumer protection channels because the issue could not be resolved through Nike support.
Very disappointing experience.
Terrible store
I have had no help from Nike customer…
I have had no help from Nike customer services as they are inadequate and not trained, they only read from scripts and provide cut and paste answers.
I was left with no choice but to send an email to the ceo.
Dear Mr Elliott Hill,
I write today regarding order number C01566198668.
This order was returned back to Nike 3 days ago and I have yet to receive a confirmation email stating that Nike have received this, although tracking information shows it was delivered back to Nike 3 days ago.
My primary concern is the status of my refund.
I have now been informed by two separate customer service representatives that the returned item has been received and that my refund would be processed.
Despite these assurances, no refund has been issued at the time of writing.
This ongoing delay is unacceptable. As a long-standing Nike customer and member, I expected a significantly higher standard of service.
Regrettably, my recent interactions with your customer service team have been disappointing and, at times, unprofessional.
During these conversations I was interrupted and spoken over while attempting to obtain clarification regarding my refund, which I found discourteous and inappropriate.
At this stage, I require written confirmation of:
When my refund will be processed, and
the timeframe in which the funds will be returned to my account.
I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay and would appreciate a prompt response confirming the above.
Returned trainers through post office…
Returned trainers through post office got tracking code and proof of delivery and they won't refund. Outrageous for a company like Nike will never order from them again. They even sent a email in French to me.
The quality of the items in the store are top tier like. There clothes section that’s got to be my favorite part.
I had a great time in the store picking out shoes. Worker’s were vary kind and helpful. They also have other great products like sports wear to winter gear.
Very disappointed with how Nike handled…
Very disappointed with how Nike handled my claim. The company determined the damage to my shoes was caused by a “sharp object,” even though it occurred during normal use. I explained this clearly, but was told the decision is final with no option for reconsideration.
For a brand that promotes durability and stands behind its products, this experience suggests otherwise. When legitimate concerns are dismissed without meaningful review or transparency, it raises serious questions about customer support. I would think carefully before relying on Nike to resolve product issues fairly.
Nike says it has a 2 year warranty
Nike says it has a 2 year warranty, but their claim process is the worst!they make you send the product to wait for a response if it is accepted as a clam and then you have to wait for it to be sent back!! Adidas doesn’t do that!
The quality of sport sets is very good
The quality of sport sets is very good, I still feel it's overpriced for what it is.
Amazing shoes
Amazing shoes - fit perfectly. Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. Very pleased
delayed my order
delayed my order, and then after it shipped the packaging was beat up and the shoes had creases
