I had contact with their customer service, but everytime they didn't reply on my question... 5 emails further before they replied on my actual question.

shoes exploded
DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND NO REFUND PROVIDED
I ordered 2 pairs for shoes and only received 1 pair
Ive tried calling and emailing nike multiple times regarding my order and keep getting the run around and being asked to repeat the same process over and over
Nike still has not replied with a solution, its been almost 2 months of waiting and nike still has not provided a refund or even replied to my emails.
Absolutey ridiculous customer service and I will never order online from nike ever again
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Ordered some t shirts for summer and one arrived very heavy. When opened it was wet and had been for a long time it had faded in colour gone mouldy and the smell was shocking. Clearly noticeable to the person who would have packed them. Contacted Nike and the customer service is nearly unresponsive. Absolutely no way would I order from them again. The want the T-shirt returned after seen videos and photos before the will refund so I don’t understand why the need me to go through the hassle of return for my money if it’s clearly not sellable. Very shocked as I have been buying Nike for over 30 years and this just did it for me
Do not buy from the Nike abroad website…
Do not buy from the Nike abroad website if you want peace of mind. I bought online only to be told I can not use my passport for the customs clearance, which is something their site says you can use - via information on their FAQs. So according to the agent I spoke to online, they cancelled my order and I will only get my refund in 10 days. This is now so inconvenient because it means I cannot even reuse the money immediately to purchase something else. I found this to be so frustrating as an expatriate living in South Africa on a permit basis because all my other official information only requires the use of the passport number and does not only restrict it to South African IDs.
If I could rate a 0 I would
If I could rate a 0 I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Very bad experience with Nike online. Ordered a pair of trainers online. While waiting for them to arrive, I tried them for size and look in the shops and didn't like the way they looked. When my order arrived, I returned the item without opening the package because I knew I would not be keeping.
Nike said that I returned a non-Nike product and sent a screenshot of the shoes with a label attached AFTER Inpost collection. I argued my case and stated that it would not be possible for me to have returned them items cause the label was stuck down AFTER Inpost collected them. Refused to give back money. I had to use my bank to investigate as a purchase dispute.
Horrible company with bad customer service and rude people working for them.
They lost my return and refused to refund me despite evidence.
I'm beyond frustrated with Nike. It is unacceptable that a company of this size forces customers to spend hours doing "detective work" to solve problems caused by their own warehouse errors and incompetent logistics. I shouldn’t have to pay 90 € for their mistakes.
I sent two separate return parcels, and the shipping weights prove exactly what happened:
Parcel A: Contained one T-shirt (Size L). Total weight: 0.25 kg.
Parcel B (The disputed return): Contained the same T-shirt (Size M) PLUS a cropped jacket. Total weight: 0.4 kg.
The extra 0.15 kg recorded by the courier is the jacket. The math is undeniable. Yet, Nike claims they "cannot locate" the item and are refusing my refund. Why should the customer be held financially responsible for items that disappear once they are in the hands of Nike’s chosen carrier?
Before they even "lost" my item, I had to visit the post office THREE times because Nike provided an invalid return label for the Czech National Post. Only after I repeatedly contacted support did they provide a functional PPL label—only to then lose the most expensive item in the box.
I have fulfilled my legal obligations under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The risk of loss lies with the merchant once the package is with their designated carrier.
I am filing a formal complaint with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net). Nike, stop hiding behind automated emails and look at the physical evidence. Refund my 89,99 €.

I ordered a pair of nike trainers for my grandsons birthday £90.00 when they was supposed to be delivered i got a notification saying they was delivered but we never got the trainers so contacted nike they loomed into it and 3 days later closed the case so now i m £90 out of pocket and a upset grandson
Disappointed
I bought a nike bag in october last year from superbalist when I finally decided to use it i see the strap of the bag changed color and the bag had holes I have contacted superbalist regarding this but they have turned me down , I do not understand how a Nike bag can deteriorate in such a short space of time
Very disappointed with how my claim was…
Very disappointed with how my claim was handled. My Nike leather shoes cracked despite being worn only occasionally, and the claim was rejected based only on a few close-up photos, without assessing the overall condition of the shoes.
I also left negative feedback in the official survey but received no response. After this experience, I will not purchase shoes from Nike’s online store again.
Received a beautiful pink Nike jacket…
Received a beautiful pink Nike jacket in the mail,- gorgeous! So happy!
Worst service ever
Worst service ever, I bought a shirt which was excessively large, the XP was the larger than an XL shirt. When I returned it they stated it was non in the original bag and send me back inside a Post Canada bag. Awful service, never buying again from Nike.com
I had been supporting Nike for over 20…
I had been supporting Nike for over 20 yrs, I buy 3 pairs of Nike Monarch a year they used to be a great shoe up until 2 yrs ago after about a week of wearing them they start to squeak when you are walking, I would return them and get the exact same pair and it would happen again, I spoke to Nike and they are aware of the issue but don’t seem to care because they continue to do the same thing, If Nike don’t care about their product or customer then why should we continue to support them. Now I have to return another pair that are two weeks old And it’s becoming an inconvenience, I wonder if there are other companies that sell shoes that would like another loyal customer. Hmmm
Never buying from Nike again, extremely bad customer service and extremely poor quality clothing
Never buying from Nike again. Extremely bad customer service and extremely poor quality clothing. I spent £85 on workout clothes that only lasted a handful of wears. I bought a pair of leggings and a sport bra 3 months ago, and there is hole in the leggings and the clasp on the sports bra is coming off. Wanted to send them off with the '2 year warranty' they provide and they said they wouldn't accept my claim as it's down to ware and tare even though both of the products have only been worn maximum 5 times and were purchased 3 months ago?
Comforrtable but Fragile
The comfort level on these is a 5/10, but the durability is a 1/10 after a few months of regular use, they are already falling apart. It's a shame on my feet, but i can't justify the 3-star rating when they don't hold up to daily wear.
I’m done with Nike
I’m done with Nike. I tried so many different kind of shoes still I can’t find the right one . Not comfortable at all . I have 4 pairs of shoes just seating there . I’m trying to return the last one I got . Especially from the outlet don’t wast your money . They are so many brands out there that you can switch to . Shoes is everything especially when you stand up for so long . Not sure why are they famous
What a terrible warranty process. Six weeks for resolution AND you have to buy new shoes while you are waiting.
What a terrible warranty process. Six weeks from return to resolution and you still have to buy additional shoes while waiting for resolution. Ridiculously crazy. No more shoes from Nike.
Awful delivery experience
Awful delivery experience - no customer service, no transparency on whether you talk to a human or chatbot, no response via email aka no customer service, lying and misleading from the courier.
