Ninacloak 

Ordered 2 tops which arrived today. They look nothing like the pictures; they are shapeless and frumpy. The fabric is cheap and synthetic and I won’t be wearing them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I won’t be buying from them again and will tell as many people as I can to avoid Nina Cloak.

Poor quality. They will not let you return items. They insist you send them photos for proof that it doesn’t fit or is not as expected, and if they agree they will “negotiate” with you. The emails replies so far are repeating the same message asking for photos - totally robotic.

5/10 update: I forwarded the robotic emails asking for proof that something was wrong with their product to the email address given in the reply -- it is a fake email - undeliverable, email doesn't exist.

Dress I ordered looked very stylish, ordered an extra large size 16 UK to fit my build so very disappointed when the garment arrived probably a size 10 UK and very poor cheap material wouldn’t have worn it even if had fitted didn’t check any reviews before purchasing so my own fault not the first time I’ve been let down ordering dresses from a Chinese company but never again also costs more to return than the garments worth so another one for the bin

The photographs of the clothes on their website appeared to show well made, good quality garments. The garments delivered bore no resemblance whatsoever. Cheap materials poorly assembled.
One item was so badly made it was almost laughable!
It also took almost four weeks for the parcel to be delivered. It arrived in the UK on 31 March 22 but took Evri 3 weeks to deliver.
If you want good quality clothing DO NOT ORDER FROM NINA CLOAK.
I'm only sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson now learned!

These 5 star reviews are fake and use the word accessories in all of them! Swerve this company cheap tat and no way of returning items.

This company show you nice clothes then send cheap garbage i was emailed and asked for my order number because i put out bad feedback that was at least 3 weeks ago and big surprise no one has been in touch shocker AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE CHEEP NASTY MATERIAL AND NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ON WEBSITE IT'S NOT WORTH 1 STAR BUT THAT'S THE LOWEST YOU CAN GO JUST LIKE THE COMPANY SELLING THE CLOTHES SORRY GARBAGE

order number 1013220316169 I ordered £90 of clothes in size that usually fits made by other Chinese companies. These came 1 too large and shapeless 5 very very small so none is of use to me. I have requested return and refund but have to pay return. The fault is with the companies sizing they should provide return. Very unhelpful as I have had to contact more than once to get them to say they will reimburse the postage later!! Not confident to throw good money after bad. These reviews appear to be either very good with similar wording or very bad making similar point to me. I will not order again but if I post will update my review with the final result.
i will continue to update this site as the situation progresses.

An update following the reply from Ninacloak.com below you might expect they would be helpful but no I received a rude email with further refusal to help, I di not trust this company. I will be taking the issue via PayPal. I would not rec ommend this company at all.

We ordered 4 items from Ninacloak which qualified for a free item. The free item was out of stock so we recieved a refund for that. When the order arrived about a month or more later the nicest item that "drew me in" in the first place was missing and the colour choice was wrong on another item. There was some very confusing refund promises made and after many emails I eventually got a refund of £14.28 for the missing item that cost £15.73 but nothing about the wrong colour items. I have given up trying to communicate with them as it's pointless and making me cross!

A shame there isn't a 0 star option.
I wouldn't ever use this company again. I placed an order and when it arrived, the tops were not as described on the website and of very poor quality. The sizing was nothing like UK sizes. you would need to go up about 5 sizes to get anywhere near. They wouldn't give a refund address, trying to get you to reorder or keep the clothes for a discount price. When I finally got one, I waited months for the refund which came through in dribs and drabs. I had to get my bank involved to get the money back for me by chargeback. I requested the refund of the return postage of over £16.00 because the goods were not as described and poor quality but my emails have remained unanswered. The description of the goods has since been changed on the website, this to me, is admitting they were in the wrong. I am discusted at the way I have just received automated emails with no possibility to speak to a person. A disgusting company.

In answer to your request I have supplied my order number below but I have no idea what you are going to do with that information because I have had the most appalling and frustrating treatment from your company so there is nothing you can do to rectify that apart from giving me a full refund. The only reason you have one star is that there is no option to give you minus 5 stars!!!

Sizing is not consistent, shape is poorly designed. Fabric is not as advertised. Took a month to supply and its crap. I am requesting a full refund.

I need to return all items completely not as advertised- cant get an email to work with captcha code ? Need to go to trading standards

Just spent 76 pounds on 5 tops they eventually arrived absolutely tat cheap materials don't look like pictures very small fittings even though I look at the size guide an ordered next size up an very poor quality an poor manufacturing had better from the market

WARNING! - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The product received does not match the picture. Sizes are all over the place. Im not sure I’ve seen what they’re calling fabric. No label stating what the fabric is. Returning merchandise is impossible. No phone number to call. Request I pay money to join a website for returns. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DECEPTIVE.

The material of the cloths is like the paper gowns you get at the doctor's office. They are nothing like they seem on the website. I'm trying to get return information and the representative keeps trying to get me to do an exchange. The cloths are very, very poor quality. If I don't get information about how to return the items I will be turning them over to the Better Business Bureau. I can't imagine anyone giving a good review based on the poor quality.

Wish I could leave no stars…the items look fantastic and tell what material the garment is ie. cotton or cotton mix-on the website….BEWARE this is not necessarily true…I ordered 6 items, most of which should be cotton, they are not, there is not even a label inside to say what material they are, one item is about three feet wide and the sleeves are so narrow I wouldn’t get my arm in…am trying to get my refund, but the company is stalling…the items have not been worn most are unopened so are in the original packaging…the site gives you 30 days to exchange, then further on 14 days….I contacted on the same day I received the items now they want photographs of the item problems before they will give me a return address….I doubt there will be a refund, they have already offered me a 50% discount if I keep the unwearable items….I wouldn’t donate them to a charity shop 😡😡

UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW AND A PREVIOUS ONE I POSTED RE NINACLOAK..
I put in a claim through paypal and had to send the items back to China at a cost of $90 to get my $250 back which got. The items were returned to sender 6 months later. Fake clothing, Fake business, Fake addresses. They still advertise online, on instagram, amazon and other places. It appears that Temu now uses the same images to advertise their goods. We are all being taken for a ride!
No stars for ninacloak. So for every negative review somehow 3 positive ones are generated that weren't there yesterday and don't even make any sense. Referring to the garbage they send you as 'fashion' is the biggest joke of all. What I got were basically oversized dolls clothes sewn up either side with with arm and neck holes and no shape. In saying this, Ive seen dolls clothes that are designed better. To everyone that finds these reviews be warned you will be ripped off, you won't be in the minority that get what you are paying good money for. Do your homework and look at all the review sites. These online stores need to be called out for the junk they sell and run out of business. Only we can do it by plastering these reviews all over the internet.

Wished I looked at reviews. After a month still waiting for item. Customer service wast of time. Tracking dose not work. Take my advise do not use these people.

I have given one star because it is impossible to give none. The only genuine Reviews on here are negative. The positive statements are clearly fake - and don't even make sense. Avoid.

The clothing looks so cute online, but is the cheapest material and worst constructed mess. I ordered 6 pieces and wouldn't wear any of them out of the house. And now I'm trying to return them. There's no return info in package, now I have to research and find how to return ALL of it. I finding it very doubtful I will get anywhere. If I don't get a refund; I will post reference about my experience all over the internet.
Check out ALL info regarding this company before making a purchase. It is NOT a USA company.
