Fashion company”ninacloak..com advertising veryagressivlly at YouTube Chanel. The items delivered are not what they showing in the adv . The fabril, the cut,the size are very bad quolity. I asked to send me the return address and the cod label. Si se March 14th - I have sent a request every day but reply I got upset and tales them that the coif are unwanted. According to the terms and conditions I had 30 days. I want my money bac k!

All these positive reviews are fake. Anyone with any fashion sense or class would not say the clothes are great quality. The photos of their clothes look gorgeous, but this company is making cheap knock offs of what is in the photos. It's a disgrace. None of these happy customers existed before I wrote my review. I got a full refund via paypal. They aren't even good enough to give to charity, so I threw them in the bin.

Received a Ninacloak top which is not the correct size. Ordered a Medium with their listed bust size of 43.7" The one they sent has a bust size of 38". Tried to contact them but they don't seem to exist. I've wasted £29!

This has changed in the couple of days. Pretty fitted dress ordered. Arrived today. No shaping, no darts and material not as the picture. Looks like a straight sack. Will not order from this company again.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. When it did arrive and I tried the tops on, they didn't fit. I've sent two requests to customer service about returning the items but haven't received any reply or response.

Finally after sending another email, I received a response apologizing for my inconvenience. They do not accept returns but did offer a $41.00 refund on my $125+ order adding that I could gift the items to someone.

I purchased a dress from this site on 19/12/2021 and haven't received my ordered item. Money was gone through though. Where's my item please.

I am still waiting on my order of 5 items and a refund on the incorrect item sent. Every email I send to them has the identical response telling me they will get their logistics team to look into it. This company are not to be trusted. Do not purchase anything from them.

Beware of this website! It's a scam! I bought 6 pieces of clothes and none of them look like the photos. Their photos must be edited and enhanced, they make the clothes looks cute and fancy, but when I get them, they are cheapy made and the fabrics are very thin. The size is way too big too. I complained to their customer services and they don't reply.

I have given it one star, but I would like to give it none.
Not the garment that was advertised, in fact nothing near. There is no where I would wear this top.
So disappointed.

The photos and descriptive information provided by this site are simply deceitful. I purchased three tops from Ninacloak. The items look nothing like their photos suggest and the material of the clothing is also significantly worse. The clothes have none of the curves presented in the pictures, and are made of a seemingly plastic material as opposed to the advertised linen/cotton. After communicating this with the company, all they offered was $30NZD store credit. How is this in any way a solution? I already have three pieces of Ninacloak garbage, why on earth would I want more? Please stay away from this company if you value your time and money. To top it off, the website allows you to write reviews, but do not publish them... Don't trust the reviews on their site!

Never received what I ordered $168. They reimburse me $17. What a joke.
Thank to Paypal I got all my money back.
Don't ever give your credit card, I got caught with Oil of Argan after that nobody got me again. If a company doesn't have Paypal I will not buy from them

I ordered several pieces of clothing. only half of them fitting me. Their clothing is smaller because they are made in Hong Kong. Their customer service is horrible. If you get them to email you back (and it's a different name every email), you better have all your proof of purchase, dates, etc. I went back and forth with them for 3 months to get a full refund. At every turn they had something else to throw at me, but I stuck with it and finally received a full refund for the items I returned, which they have so many specific steps you have to follow to return.
AVOID THEM - IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

I need to return item. My Emails are not answered. Web site question page to customer service doesn’t work. Sizing is 3-4 sizes off and way too small

If I could rate this scam company with minus stars I would! The dress I ordered was massive on me, even though I ordered the correct size according to their website, it looked like an oversized nightdress and housecoat! The fabric said it was polyester which I have had before, but this is awful cheap nylon. When I told them of the problems, they initially offered me a refund of one pound and told me to give me the dress as a gift! Then they offered me 70% of the cost and still keep the dress. I wouldn’t give this to my worst enemy, I would be embarrassed! As I ordered two of these items by mistake, because they left the item in my basket making me believe I hadn’t placed the first order, it would cost me a fortune to return them to China with tracking and they won’t refund the postage. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY, THEIR GOODS ARE CHEAP TATTY RUBBISH!

They don’t even know their own email address, the address they give you is not correct and is not sent!

Do not trust a purchase from this company.They tell you a refund will be given if goods returned within 30days..they do not send you a returns form or an address to return items..I have sent 4 emails asking for a refund ,they offer me a voucher for $41. Very disgruntled and annoyed customer .

I just want to say thank you to all the people who have given an honest review, it has saved me giving money to an unscrupulous company who do not care about customers.

Extremely poor quality fabric, not as advertised. Ordered cotton and cotton /linen blend, received cheap nasty polyester garments that are poorly made and had no makers or care tags. Difficult company to deal with. Thank goodness for Paypal. Finally received full refund including foreign transaction fee and return postage. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER

The items I ordered looked good on the website, and they arrived within two weeks. The postage was over £11 to UK.

The items fitted, but that’s where the positivity stops. Neither of them was anything like the items I thought I was buying. The colours were substantially different. The fabric composition was also different to that stated in the description. One of them, instead of being a cotton/linen mix was a slithery synthetic. It looked and felt like it, and as I took it off after trying it, it created a massive amount of static. Both items look like rags, and I would not have bought them if I had seen them.

I have read other reviews about the trouble sending them back for a refund, so I am not bothering. I am binning them and putting all this down to experience!

If i could give them a minus star rating I would. The shirt i ordered from Nina cloak is not constructed as pictured in the ad, my usual size that i usually wear, when ordered from Ninacloak is nowhere near the size of blouse i recieved. I placed the order on Feb.4, 2022, i recieved the defective blouse on March 7, 2022. Ninacloak placed a charge with my credit card days before the item was shipped out. The blouse i finally recieved was the wrong size, constructed differently from the ad, the pocket on the shirt was ravelled, the print on the shirt was printed out of position. Overall the quality of materials and workmanship was very poor. I contacted Ninacloak numerous times and have recieved no call or message back. I will never order from them again. They are next to being a scam. Thry send you unbelievably trashy junk for your money.

Nearly 3 weeks from order to delivery. But then the problems really started. Poor quality materials (weird sizing but I had looked closely when ordering and most fitted) and when I emailed asking how to return two items total £31, a succession of delaying reply’s to each email, the last suggesting that I accept an $11 voucher for use on my next order! I will never order again and wish I had done more research on this company. I find it hard to believe that the positive reviews on here are credible.
