Do not buy any shoes from Nine West. They have awful customer service. I purchased a 2 pair of shoes and by mistake ordered the wrong size in one of them. I called NW the next day a lad asked if I could exchange them for the right size. They told me I could not do that. That I would have to order a pair the right size and then email NW to see if they would accept the return. I placed the order with the customer service representative and later emailed NW to request a return of the shoes. They sent me an email saying that they could not receive the shoes back because they were final sale. I was taken aback by their response. For a company that has so much money and has made billions of dollars over the years, this is greed at its best and a disgrace. In addition, those shoes that I ordered the second time, were never received. I called them and they said that it was not up to them to fix the problem but UPS. I tried making a claim through UPS and the system would not let me do so. Apparently a package was left in the mail room but when I look at the picture, the image is blurry. You cannot even see if what is written on the label is actually my information. So, how do I know that what UPS left was indeed my package? I asked nine west for a refund and they told me that I would have to wait eight days or longer for the investigation to be over. And to make matters worse, the supervisor told me that he was not promising that I was gonna get a refund. This is completely wrong. I will never buy anything else from Nine West and advise you who are reading this to do the same.

I had this jacket for all of 3 days and it was so so good and warm but so hrad to sip and not good for walking around in New York in the snow (why I got it). I spend $200 on this cute black coat and fell in love with it but I tried to un sip it earlier after sharing it twice and the zipper jammed and it left me freezing in the middle of New York. Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service, charge you to return shoes. I’ll never return to the company to purchase shoes again. Looks like all their customers feel this way. Worst return policy ever.

It is ridiculous that I had to pay for return shoes that it came scratched. First and last time that buying from this company. Order#2506407.

I have a sling bag that was given to me by my sister which She bought in New York ( 1988) and I am proud to say, “I’m still using it”. Actually, it’s my favourite travel buddy for important cards and my passport. I went to NY recently and I spoke to my bag, “we will visit to your homeland”. There is no other bag like it. I wish i can send the photo to your prestigious company. Thank you.

If I could give Nine West 0 stars I would, I will NEVER shop online again, I don’t know if they are desperate for money or what!!! You order one side shoe and they send you what they want. I ordered an 8 1/2 they sent me a 6 and told me I ordered it. Told me they would send me a return label and I NEVER received it. I HATE them. The same exact thing happened to a coworker. It’s no wonder they shut down all the stores in the malls.

I so miss purchasing my shoes/ boots in person. Nine West has stayed consistent with their sizing so purchasing online hasn't been to bad. The quality however doesn't quite seem the same. With that said I ordered a pair of suede, chocolate brown knee high boots. When they arrived I was somewhat disappointed. They were brown with like a grayish hue. They weren't that rich dark chocolate brown as portrayed in their advertisement. That's what I had been searching for, however they fit ideally, and the heel has a gorgeous patterned design which was a nice surprise. I thought it was a slightly high price point. But overall satisfied and would purchase from Nine West again.

I ordered a watch online. I wish I could give a zero rating. I have tried email but you have the amazing ability to ignore any mail sent to her. I paid so much money, I am requesting a tracking number, I am requesting assistance and no help is forthcoming. Am I going to lose my money? Is this site a scam?

I purchased two pairs of shoes on sale, and both arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service, I asked if they could replace them at the same price, since the sale had ended by the time I received them. They refused to send me undamaged pairs for the price I originally paid, insisting that I would have to pay full price if I wanted replacements. I explained that it was their fault for sending damaged items, but they didn’t offer any help or solutions. The customer service was terrible, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.

I wish I could give zero reviews as I spent 250$ on a purse and after three months the handles start ripping and I went to bay they said nothing they can do I called customer support but no help as according to them I didn’t order online . I will never buy this cheap material again as it’s not money worth

I bought watch for gift and I traveled few days later to other country. Currently I am out of UAE and the watch when we took out of the box is not working. I can’t return as I will be more than 30 days out of UAE. It’s big waste for my money and the person I gave was truly disappointed. This shop is doing a big cheat over their customers. The quality of the items is very poor!

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered shoes and less than 24 hours later they went on sale. I called back and customer service said that the order has not been fulfilled yet so if I call back on Monday they would issue a credit. I called on Monday and was told no such policy existed. This was the 1st and last time I will ever order from 9 West.

This website is a scam, to get card details. Do not put your card details in.
I tried to pay for shoes, it said on the website unsuccessfulans some message came up about Chinese translation!!
I rang my bank straight away, just as they were trying to take two lots of €790 from my account 😳 thankfully the customer advisor was able to stop it! Card now cancelled! Do not put card details on this website

I would give less than one star if I could! Their customer service is non existent. They put the wrong shipping address so I emailed back immediately to fix the issue and the email on the confirmation was invalid. I called customer service the next day and they stated it was too late to change. I had to wait for them to receive it back from postal land in order to correct the issue!! Totally rediculous and a lot of my time wasted!!smh!

I purchased a pair of red 'Lalin' shoes for AUD 100. Initially, I was satisfied with both the color and fit. However, after wearing them just once to church, I was let down. Within 1.5 hours, the color rubbed off onto the sides of my feet, and the leather at the tip started peeling. I'm so disappointed with the cheap quality of these shoes. They can’t be returned since it’s on sale. But if you look at their website, most of them are heavily priced up and then labeled as ’sale’ with a discount offer. Absolute rip off and cheap tactics to sell their low quality products.

Should have read the reviews! Ordered via AU NIne West a pair of shoes however a known website error means the incorrect size is being sent. Customer service was as useless as tits on a bull - can phone the warehouse and correct the order - expect the customer to return for a refund. I am in NZ and link the service consultant sent is for AUST post who do not offer free returns for NZ customers. Waiting on Nine West to provide a postage sticker however I expect I shall be out of pocket for returning them if i want a refund. Shocking customer service!
