I have been a loyal and long time customer. Over the weekend my package was stolen off of my porch. I have camera footage and a police report. Nine West advised me to contact Ups, and UPS declined the claim because the package was delivered. I called Nine West back and basically was told the claim will have to be filed/ approved by UPS. Which makes no sense,I made the purchase with Nine West, and as a loyal customers they should have resolved the issue. I have spent so much money and only wear Nine West shoes! As of today,I will no longer purchase or order from Nine West. , You have lost a loyal customer, your company lacks empathy, loyalty, and do not value their customers.

I have used Nine West for years!!! All my old wallets and handbags I have from are still good. The new Nine West is unbelievable. I bought 3 bags recently from them and they weren’t good at all. I had to return them for a different one. The zippers aren’t that great or the material of the bags. I really loved the one I recently bought. Had to return it due to the seam of it coming apart. Do better Nine West.

I have been a customer for years when they had stores all over. I still have a pair of there boots from 2011 and they are great! But the last couple of years the quality has gotten horrible. The shoes are smaller in size and just look cheap over all I bought 3 pair and sent them all back smh
It's a scam
It's a scam. My order never arrived. Payment was made towards a Chinese account (Nine West is supposedly a US based shoe company). No confirmation email right away, only after a few weeks. The email was clearly sent by amateur scammers, as the email address had nothing to do with Nine West. In the email there was a tracking number, which surprise surprise, does not work. Contacted customer service and they told me they don't have my order registered in their system to they cannot help me. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! Their website likely got cracked by scammers and Nine West is letting its customers fall prey to them, instead of temporarily closing the website and fixing the issue.
Update: The order did arrive, however it was in no shape or form the shoes I ordered, but a car radio battery eliminator (?). Such a disappointing experience.
Ordered boots on 11/25/23
Ordered boots on 11/25/23, I have had an issue with 1 pair of boots since I received them on 12/2/23. the inside of one of the boots had fabric rolled up in the corner that you could feel when your foot was in the boot and a white mark on the back of the heel, I reported it 12/3/23. Went back and forth with customer service sending pictures/emails for about 5 days and finally got a return packing slip and sent them in the mail. I initially wanted to exchange the boots but after dealing with customer service and terrible store policies I was hesitant too. Well turns out the store policy doesn't allow you to receive an exchange even when it's a quality control issue. You have to repurchase and call in for a price adjustment after purchase to get the same deal. Oh and here's the real kicker, if NINE WEST sent you a product that is damaged you cannot get your money back in the original form of payment!!!!!! they will only issue you store credit!!!! that's right now I am forced to spend money at this store!!!!! Buyer beware this entire experience has been terrible. the customer service agents are not the issue, they are actually wonderful employees trapped behind these ridiculous store policies.
P.S I still don't have the boots because I have to wait for the store credit to load onto my account. its 12/27/23, that's right its been over 1 month since this started.

Deceiving Returns/Exchanges Practices
Won't be ordering from Nine West again. I ordered the Quizme Wide Calf boot and found that the calf was just way too big (note I do typically wear wide calf). I called prior to submitting for refund, explained my situation - that I just wanted to exchange for the Quizme Regular boot (same boot and size, but *non-wide calf). Customer Service told me that they cannot exchange online orders, but specifically explained that once my refund was issued I could call them back and reorder the same Quizme boot in the regular (non- wide calf), and they would absolutely price match what I paid in my original order. I went through the entire refund process, but when I called I was told that since it's not the wide calf I'm exchanging for that they cannot price match as they consider the regular non-wide calf Quizme boot an entirely different shoe (Excuse me...come again)!?!? So now I have no boots for my upcoming holidays.
Please be very aware that Nine West's online orders return policy does not necessarily benefit their customers (at least not in this scenario)...it is very deceiving; especially when someone who works in customer service confirms the process, but you call back and they give you a completely different story. Very upsetting experience to say the least.
Bad Business
I ordered shoes for an event I ordered them 5 business days in advance and paid for a 2-3 day shipping. It took 7 business days and they would not refund my additional shipping cost. I was told if I looked at the microscopic print it would have said 2-3 business days after the order is processed. Basically, if they take 5 days to process it will be 2-3 days after. It is a scam for sure. I will never wear their shoes again.

Purchased a pair of shoes on sale online store. When I received the Item, it was the wrong shoes in the box. When I contacted customer service. They then wanted me to take them and return them through UPS. Taking my own time And gas to return them. They then would not send me the shoes that I actually ordered. They said I would have to reorder, they don't do exchanges.
So now I have to take my time money to return. The shoes are no longer on sale. So I would have to pay a more expensive price for the ones that I wanted. And all they offered me was a 15% coupon discount. All for their mistake.
Nine West South Africa site is a scam
I bought from Nine West South Africa. Became suspicuous when goods were being shipped from China. Lost over R2000 and I intentionally choose South Africa because I wanted to buy local. It is a scam and Nine West is intentionally letting scammers use their name

I wish I checked here before buying from Nine West... I bought 2 pairs of shoes from the online store of Nine West Netherlands and paid 104 EUR. After 5 weeks I received my shipment from China (?) had to pay import taxes as well and when I received the package finally the delivery was a hideous baseball cap!!! I contacted customer service and they told me that I need to send the cap all the way back to China to get a full refund. Returned costs will be on me! They offered half refund if I keep the hat. So I need to pay 50+ EUR for an ugly hat that I didn't even want in the first place??? They are a real SCAM! Do not buy guys, save your money for another seller. Huge disappointment in Nine West!

I purchased a pair of patent leather ‘Twirl’ pump shoes on sale and even though they are my size, I cannot walk in them as the back part does not support my heel - my feet still slip out from the back. Terribly made! I spent 2 lots of shipping costs as thought going down a size should resolve the issue but NO. I was told that I must pay for shipping cost when I returned the first pair because I changed my mind. I didn’t, the shoe is not made properly to support the heel of a foot … Now seeking a refund!

i ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Nine west, they said prompt delivery...6 weeks later i still hadnt received them...and tried to find out what had happened and customer service couldnt even reply in proper English. they tried to tell me that they had been delivered through our letterbox!!how can you get 2 pairs of shoes through a letter box?????..we actually have a Ring door bell and there was nothing on the day they said they had been delivered..so in the end i tried to get my moeny back and they said they would only give me 40% back!!???!! Never heard the likes before...Dodgy in the extreme...dont go near them..this happened to me about 6 months ago and i hadnt forgotten that i could put a message on here...maybe they have bugs in their system, but if you cant run a website properly you shouldnt be trading...its a shame because i have bought nine west shoes before from shops in the UK but cant seem to do that anymore.

STAY AWAY FROM THE WEB SHOP
I ordered through the web shop and wanted to return the item, but you cannot return it to the shop like in any other normal store. In addition to having to bother with finding which of the delivery services will return the item for you (because they don't even have that organized), you also have to pay for the return, which I have not experienced in any other store. And there is no way you can return it yourself, because the courier service has to because of proof of return (stupidity). I will not shop in this web shop again, the girls who work there are very kind, but the behavior of the company towards the customer is criminal.

BEWARE!!! I just received a pair of booties that I ordered online. I immediately noticed that the leather on the heel was uneven and not secured good. In time it would eventually come off. I called customer service number and spoke with Eileen from the Zendesk. I told her I wanted to start a return and to get a refund. She tells me she had to open a ticket and once they get to it, I would be contacted. I told her, I want to start a return and she told me she could not do that. This a very poor customer experience. If a customer calls about a defective shoe and wants a refund, they do not want to hear about a ticket. After speaking with Eileen, I called back and spoke with two other representatives and requested to speak with a supervisor. They refused to transfer me, I was hung on. Then I called back 4 more times and they would not answer. I am not sure who thought of this process, but it is a terrible experience for the customer. I also do not understand why Eileen could not provide me her id number or last name. How would the customer identify who they spoke with? This is totally ridiculous, I just got the shoe today. There should be zero hassle to return this shoe. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be ordering from you again. They also do not have any corporate contact information that is correct to send an email. They do not care, they just want your money.

2/20/23 My first ever order with NineWest.com. I order 300 USD worth of goods, one of which is the Cyra A blue pursed received damaged and poorly constructed. See image 1. for what I received in the mail. Crinkled sides and uneven handle. This is insulting. See image 2. For their return policy: To - and I quote - "original tender type- no exceptions." See image: 3. Confirming their customer service phone number and 4. My 7 attempts to call and contact their customer service about their damage purchase they gave me. They did not pick up the phone the first 6 times. The first robo-message includes a sorry for their return problems. Strike 1. At this point, absolutely ludicrous, and for a lack of a better term, simply ghetto. On my 7th call, they file a case, as they say... and say I'll receive an email that same day to send pictures. That phone call was March 1st, 2023. On March 5th, 2023, I come to a revelation in realizing what kind of company NineWest is. I truly thought they had greater decorum, and a brand of integrity. I filed a credit card dispute with my company this same day. On March 6th, 2023, low and behold, NineWest customer service FINALLY sends me an email. I send photos. And see photo attached for their reply, accusing me for using the product and stating it's store credit only. Big strike 2. This company is on a journey to make first time customers their last time customer. Strike 3 - II let them know again, the problem. And the resolution: Free return for my money back or else I'm going to literally return my 300$ initial purchase, and 100$ second purchase (before this fiasco), and discontinue any kind of relationship whatsoever. I'm truly not desperate to support a business that conducts themselves like this. Whoever is running customer service doubles down, burning bridges to the ground, and says STORE CREDIT. My credit card dispute stands firm. I'll also be gathering all of my items for return. Congrats, guys. Hope it's worth it!
