Excellent service. Very quick with excellent communication

Organised a level 2 home buyers survey which was completely promptly by Jeremy. Report followed within 24 hours. Had a detailed conversation with Jeremy which was greatly appreciated to go over the report. All round great service.

Had a home buyers survey done by Jeremy. Prompt and professional service with the survey completed the same week and report sent within 24 hours. The survey was detailed and well written and Jeremy called me offering to further discuss some issues with the property.

Jeremy's service was incredible and provided a very detailed review of the property and surrounding buildings. The report was easy to read and advice provided was exceptional.

The following points were impressive:

1. Jeremy called me the following day to say the report was almost done but wanted to verbally walk through his findings. He didn't have to do this and also provided good information and put our mind at ease.

2. Not only were major issues identified and advice provided but even the minor issues that didn't require attention were communicated in detail which again didn't need to be but gave us even more insight and information about the property.

3. Turn around time from inspection to report 24 hours!!!
