We were delighted with the service provided by Jeremy Brady. The L2 survey was conducted swiftly, thoroughly & professionally. The post-survey assistance was just as good, if not better. He went through the report on multiple occasions with us with great patience & attention to detail, in language we could understand, outlining all possible options allowing us to make the most informed decisions. Jeremy provided excellent service from start to finish. His knowledge of the processes and practicalities of surveying is second to none. He was highly professional in all of his interactions and reporting, and we now have a very clear picture of how to move forwards with our house purchase as a result of his expertise.

This report was carried out within a few days of commissioning it and it was comprehensive and extremely helpful. We were particularly impressed by the fact that we were telephoned the very next day after the inspection

The completed report was delivered to us the day following the survey and it was very comprehensive, very well presented, making it easy to read and more importantly, understand.

The report that I received is thorough and detailed. The language is understandable for someone inexperienced in this area. What I really appreciate is the service from Jeremy who I found to be extremely helpful, approachable and understanding. By understanding I mean that Jeremy talked me through all aspects in a way that I felt at ease and that Jeremy was aware of my needs as a first time buyer. Had a level 2 survey carried out on a property by Jeremy. The booking process was simple and quick to do online. Jeremy is extremely professional and knowledgable in his field and responded very promptly to all queries regarding the surveying process. The final report was provided a short time after the survey and was very comprehensive and informative. Jeremy also rang to explain his findings which made them easier to understand, particularly for a first time buyer. An issue was discovered with the property however Jeremy went above and beyond his expertise to offer advice on what to do next. I will definitely be using NiSurv again in the future. Worth the money for peace of mind.

The telephone call we had before the report was finally written was very helpful. Jeremy was able to high level explain the situation and recommend next steps giving an idea of effort and cost involved. He answered my questions and was a great help. Jeremy was also very transparent when i initially spoke to him about the level of survey required - much appreciated. Constructive feedback would be that whilst the report was very thorough [as expected], I would have appreciated an exec summary slide... Top 3 issues, the severity, recommended next steps etc.
