Breach of guidelines
Dodgy company with a flash website…
Dodgy company with a flash website looking to offload poor quality items as premium products. Cashmere products felt synthetic, tried to return it but they kept asking me to take a discount. The finally gave me delivery instructions to send it back to China at my own expense on 18 Jan then followed up 23 Jan saying the return window had ended quoting a “14 day international return standard”.
Sometimes best to stick there established brands.

If I could give less than 1, I would. This company are absolutely despicable. The 'cashmere' tracksuit was ordered pre Christmas as a present but took a lifetime to come and didn't arrive until 7th January. On opening the package, the 'cashmere' was not a soft cashmere you would expect - especially given the price, but a really rough textured wool. Very uncomfortable. So on 9th January I requested to return the item based on their alleged 'no quibble' returns policy. Only to be faced with delayed responses to my request, offers of discounts and repeatedly having to say I wanted to return and a refund. THEN they eventually said I was over the 14 day policy because THEY had not actioned my repeated request within their timescales. They are completely dishonest. I would recommend you NEVER shop from this brand. I will be contacting my credit card next to reclaim the money.

My experience with NOBA was extremely poor. The order arrived late, the sizing was completely wrong, and when I tried to return the items within the 14‑day period, the company made the process almost impossible. Every email was answered by a different person who clearly hadn’t read the previous messages, and no one made any real effort to help. Instead of offering a straightforward return, they kept bouncing the issue back and forth to avoid refunding me for faulty items, and repeatedly pushed unfair “solutions” like partial refunds to pressure me into keeping products I couldn’t use.
Their advertised “easy returns” policy turned out to be misleading, and I was never given a proper way to send the items back. The whole experience felt disorganised, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this company.
I understand that your response is very standard, as it offers nothing beyond polite wording. For over a month I have been trying to obtain a refund, yet all I receive are discount offers and replies that take a minimum of three days each time. Looking at your website, one would expect a responsible company that treats customer satisfaction as a priority. In reality, my experience has been the complete opposite.
Your handling of this situation has forced me to take more serious steps and report the matter to higher authorities, as violating customer rights and ignoring your own policies is unacceptable. Please do not repeat that you are “sorry” or that this behaviour is not part of your company values, because my experience clearly shows otherwise. Being passed from one department to another has been extremely frustrating.
At this point, I know exactly how I need to communicate with you, and I have the time and determination to obtain the refund I am entitled to.

Website totally misleading. No labels in garments. Bought cashmere but it’s not, it’s scratchy and has no softness at all. I’m in the UK but thought I was purchasing from the Netherlands as that is where the payment was made, but no, it’s China. Complained and they offered me 30% off, then 40% off. I declined as the product is not what I ordered. I asked for an address in the Netherlands to send it back to, for a refund, but was told it has to go back to China. The cost of sending back to China is ridiculous.

Offering a partial refund and being able to keep the garment is not reducing the inconvenience or dissatisfaction. It’s what the company seems to rely on.

Ordered my cardigan mid December but didnt arrive on time. I tried to cancel numerous times after ordering but before it was delivered. But Noba refused. It was finally delivered way too late, at the end of the month. I immediately asked to return and a full refund, but Noba hasn't sent any return instructions. I was finally offered a 30% discount, which I declined and asked for a full refund. They are no longer responding!
FRAUD COMPANY based in China!!! DO NOT BUY. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF.

Very poor experience, no ability to return item
Ordered a Christmas gift on 17/12. It arrived 31/12, and item was not as described. Messaged to seek a refund and was asked to send pictures of item including labels and tags. It had arrived without labels but was in the original packaging. Company now not returning my messages.
Received reply via Trust Pilot asking me to contact the company. I did so (4th email to them). Subsequently offered a 30% refund to “save the expensive cost of the return”. Having declined and asked to return the item for my money back in full I’ve received a “final offer” of a 40% refund.
Looking at other reviews it would appear despite having received the goods from Europe a prohibitively expensive and uneconomical return to China is ultimately offered if you decline the partial refund.
In summary, Item not as advertised, awful service and no way to return without prohibitive cost.

Ordered a lounge suit on black Friday (Nov), received it from China on 28th December: (i) top and bottom are different in colour, (ii) the top is oversized compared to the bottom (probably 3 times the size: L instead of S,(iii) the bottom does not look like the website, (iv) there are no labels at all (illegal). Reimbursed by Amex. Gosted ever since I made a complaint. Do not get seduced by the slick website.

Like so many others have stated here, NOBA is very much a scam site.
They appear to be drop shipping poor quality products from China and falsely advertising them as 100% cashmere, merino wool etc.
The products have no labeling, branding, care labels, size labels or any kind of branding, making them illegal to sell into the EU.
Sizes are way off, and without any size labels, it’s impossible to verify that you received the correct sizes - just like it’s impossible to verify the material composition. However, the products are not close to 100% cashmere like they advertise.
They might also send you entirely different products than the ones you order - that happened to me.
They advertise their return policy as “Free returns, no questions asked” / “The customer only have to bare the return label.”
But despite my more than 10 return requests through 20 e-mails sent to NOBA, they have not issued the return label. Instead, they stall for weeks and try to avoid their responsibilities, not allowing you to return your order or get the full refund they advertise, and they will eventually either tell you that the refund period has now expired - or ask you to send the products all the way to China at your own expense. And checking other Trustpilot reviews here, it seems that the shipment will then suddenly “go missing” or they will encounter issues with their partner in China, resulting in you not getting your refund (and now also having wasted additional money on a shipment to China).
And in addition to all of the above, their customer service is either a really poorly programmed AI chatbot or someone relying on copy pasted template responses. Multiple times in my correspondence with NOBA, they sent me the exact same template emails that they sent me days earlier - not answering my questions or making sense in the context of the conversation.
Attempting a chargeback with your bank is your best option.

Honest review
I ordered from this site and THEN saw the negative reviews. First, the customer service was excellent. I gather they are trying to do better on that front. As soon as I ordered, I received a tracking number. My order did take about a month with two of the five items arriving. I sent them a message and they responded literally within 10 minutes. Ironically, the remaining items arrived the same day. Im pleased with the quality of the items. The cashmere is very comfortable. Just remember that these items run small. The stiching on the shoes are more visible than I would like but overall I am pleased.

This company is a scam. They do not fully refund your returns and they ask you to ship the returns back to China. The sizing is way off that is why I had to return the clothes. They make you pay the fees to ship to China as well and after over 6 months I am still not fully refunded. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Scheme - awful quality
The product has an awful quality; they don't send a return label. If you don't like the product, or it doesn't fit (my case), you will have to pay for shipping back to China. Like many Chinese companies, they invest in great advertising, but the product is very poor. Don't throw your money away. Moreover, it takes weeks to ship it to you.

Missing labels, endless excuses, forced return to China
Missing textile labels, unlawful return demands, policy used to override EU law
I ordered a clothing item advertised as “100% merino wool.”
What I received contained no textile label whatsoever — no fiber composition, no material information, no legally required labeling.
Selling textile products without mandatory labeling is not compliant with EU Regulation (EU) No. 1007/2011 and constitutes a defective, non-conforming product. This defect was only identifiable after delivery.
When I contacted customer service to request a full refund, the situation escalated instead of being resolved:
First, I was offered a 30% partial refund if I kept the item.
When I refused, I was told I must pay return shipping myself.
I was then instructed to send the item back to China at my own expense.
I was also asked to declare a lower customs value, which I explicitly refused.
Under EU consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/771), customers must never bear return, shipping, or transport costs when goods are defective or non-conforming. This includes international shipping and customs-related costs.
Despite this, the company repeatedly relied exclusively on internal return policies, insisting on a 14-day return window that applies only to voluntary withdrawals — not to defective goods. The defect itself was never disputed, yet a lawful refund was consistently refused.
After weeks of delays, shifting conditions, partial “goodwill” offers (30% → 40%), and repeated attempts to push return costs onto the customer, the company declared its decision “final.”
At this point, I escalated the matter to my bank and initiated a chargeback, as no resolution in line with EU consumer law was offered.
Based on my experience:
Product descriptions cannot be relied upon
Mandatory EU consumer protections are not applied
The return process is structured to discourage customers from asserting their rights
This was an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to be prepared to enforce their rights through their payment provider if necessary.

I ordered a merino wool men’s tracksuit. The problems are as follows:
- the material is not merino wool. It is a type of synthetic material. It is hard to say exactly what it is because there is no garment label
- I ordered a medium. There is nothing to say this is a medium on the garment. It only has a number 1. In any case it is too small and doesn’t fit.
- the returns are complicated. You have to email the company. The company responds with 12 to 24 hours apparently.
UPDATE (16/01/2026) FOLLOWING A RESPONSE FROM NOBA RECEIVED ON 16th Jamuary at approximately 3.15pm.
Thank you Noba for your response. I don't undersatnd why they need pictures. It doesn't fit so I simply want to return. I have already emailed on 15th January requesting information about how to return the product.

Do not buy from this company. I bought several items to give for Christmas presents. Before I purchased I made sure to check the return policy. The Website clearly states you can return any product within 14 days, no questions asked. And there are no return fees. Well, nothing could be further from the truth. The day I received the items I tried to initiate a return. I didn't hear back from them for several days. When I finally did receive an email, Noba requested that I send pictures of the items and pictures of the shipping label. I did as requested and then waited another 36-48 hours for a response. They said I could not return because the items arrived in perfect condition and requesting a return bc the items did not arrive on time was not a valid reason for return. I wrote them back and said that the gloves were tiny and I wanted to return both cashmere glove,scarf,hat sets. I then checked the website and sent them another email and reminded them of the return policy stated clearly on the website. I told them I needed return instructions within 36 hours or I would leave reviews etc. They responded that day (that was a first) and offered a 30%discount on my order. I responded that day and reminded them that I need returns instructions with 36 hours or I would take action. They have not responded. I'm guessing they are dragging this out so they can claim I violated the 14 day time period.
Do not buy anything from Noba Lifestyle.

Even one is far too many - arrived weeks and weeks late - emailed to cancel but said I couldn’t - when eventually arrived - items absolutely enormous and do not tmreflect their online size guidelines , no labels / tags nor care labels / composition details had they been suitable . Meant to be cashmere - they are not ! Emailed day of delivery to request returns label - nothing !! Lying frauds - don’t buy from hen . Sent 30 emails , they asked for photos - sent over at least 15 - still no label . Sent an address to post to - in China - quoted£66.10 today - so not sent !! Their returns say no hassle easy return process , no fee- more lies . Payment goes to Netherlands account - obviously sourcing third world second rate sweat shops - have me an address with a Flat No??? Have raised a dispute with my bank who are now investigating .
Avoid , avoid - second rate products , zee customer service . A scam - don’t be taken in ! Initiated a returns request day of delivery just before New Year - still zero !!!
