Why support deceitful websites
Like many others I was deceived into paying a clean air zone charge in Newcastle, via the website Cazpay.co.uk (there are others with a similar name that is the same website). To be fair Nochex refunded the money when I phoned them. It puzzles me why nochex still wants to be associated with these websites that have an intention of deceiving people in my view. Nochex terms and conditions state they do not support such activity.

Amazing Customer service with this company I've been dealing with Charlotte who is always very helpful and deals with everything you need straight away. Bradford Clean Air Zone ripoff
We drove into Bradford and passed a small sign saying that we were entering a Clean Air Zone and that we needed to pay for it within 24hrs.
We straight away visited the website, entered our registration number and were told to pay £14.00 which we did.
On arrival at our destination, we were informed that we shouldn't have paid as it's not aimed at private cars.
We now cannot email or telephone Nochex and cannot get our money back.
This is an appalling company who appear to be taking money from any and everyone.
Very unhappy.

These scammers are shameless and don't reply to emails, I was made to pay for the CAZ in Birmingham, when my car is fully compliant, I emailed them to dispute the charge with no reply, I informed my credit card and once the payment has gone through ill make a claim against these thieving scammers.if i dont get the refund, i will visit their offices, these should be in prison for scamming people🤬🤬

1 star! I paid a clean air fee via this company, which resulted in me receiving a PNC charge for non payment. I logged a ticket which they said would take 3 days to respond and 5 days later I’m still waiting, I’ve left several voicemails and sent a direct email. No response at all. I finally found the complaints team email and did manage to get a response and resolution however prior to this the attempts to contact have been ignored and painful. Customer services is really not great. I’d advise anyone to pay directly to the council for clean air charges to avoid a similar headache

A fraudulent company preying on people…
A fraudulent company preying on people who have entered the clean air zone and innocently presume they are paying the correct amount. I was diverting into the zone, payed the charge then appealed, won the appeal but only received £9 from the council only then being told I’d paid through Nochex. This company still have my £5.
I have taken this matter up with the BBC who were shocked that this is allowed to happen…. Look out for a shake up Nochex !

As with others, this provider’s product is enabling people to be scammed when trying to pay clean air zone charges. I highly recommend Nochex reviews its practices and client policies. I have lost all money paid with no reply from the scam site.

A Review from a web developer partner
As a web developer, I have not personally used Nochex to process payments but I have integrated Nochex into many of my clients websites. In recent years Nochex have become my go to recommendation for a payment provider to my clients.
Not only is their service reliable and affordable, more importantly is their level of support not just to me but to my clients. Unlike the larger payment providers out there, you can actually speak to someone who is there to help. This for me is a breathe of fresh air and the reason I keep recommending Nochex.

Totally misled over Clean Air Zone payment.

Google are complicit in providing this company's details for payment of Clean Air Zone fees.
We were in Birmingham and had never had to pay such a fee previously.
Nochex site took details of our vehicle and said a £14 fee was payable, which we paid.
This was incorrect as our vehicle was not liable to pay any fee.

Went online to pay Dartford Crossing. £7.00 for car and caravan. Several days later, received a letter from Dartford Crossing regarding non-payment of £2.50. Debit on account of £7.00 to Nochex*dartford Cross. Annoying, as had to cancel card, wait for new one, and pay again!

This company took my money for a fake…
This company took my money for a fake ULEZ charge for the company clean air zone. My bank payment went to Nochex They should not be dealing and taking money for a scam company. I now have a £120 pcn charge from Bristol Council . I am not the first person to complain. Of course I get the standard reply. But my question is why are you still trading with a fraudulent website , surly it’s easier to take them off your books rather than get yourself a bad reputation by dealing with a scam website and taking payments for them
