Definitely would not use again as I received no confirmation from the dart crossing to say I had paid the toll ,when I went online to check before my 24 hours were up and I received a non payment fine it said I hadn’t paid so I paid again . Nochex charged me £5.50 for £2.50 crossing which I fail to understand and sent me no notification whatsoever

DO NOT GO WITH NOTCH. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR Business
I have had nothing but messing round by notch. To the point they have ruined my business by withholding my money for the last 2 months so any customers who have brought from my website I have not been able to receive the money.
Not also say they take a reserve balance on your behalf but am still waiting for 33% of last years reserve balance what they said they were holding for me.
Clearly this is held longer so they can claim the tax on it.
Not to mention that after i complained about Notch then they took revenge by breaching data protection laws by emailing all my customers to find out if they had received there goods or not.
Naturally all my customers were shocked they had received emails off Notch and all come back with glowing reports.
I have tried everything with notch to get them to add my business partners bank details so she can handle payments because i am currently in Africa doing charity work but notch have made this very difficult.
They will not let me change the details even tho I’ve not got access to that card details so I can’t even get my money out with is currently at 14k.
Do not go with notch.
They will ruin your business just like they have with mine.
They also don’t give full payments effectively stealing part of your money hoping you don’t realise.

We can not discuss merchant's accounts on an open forum, however, we have had continuous discussions with you regarding your account and that you need a limited company bank statement as opposed to a employee's personal bank account in order to comply with the financial conduct authority as you are a limited company.
As mentioned in your signed contract with Nochex, we may contact customers to make sure services are being carried out by companies and we can confirm it is not a breach of any data protection.

Like all others, I have ended up with a fine for paying Birmingham omissions. The government should not allow this to happen.
As this company keeps stating they are the merchant between, they then should have the integrity to stop this from happening. They are worse than the fraudster as they are aware it’s happening and continue to support!!!
It’s like being a get away driver and saying you weren’t part of the robbery

Beware
Like so many others on this site, we inadvertently paid the Clean Air Zone charge for Bristol City Centte through Nochex. Payment was taken and a receipt was received. We later received a PCN. We made a representation and was advised that no payment was received. Bristol CC have allowed us the opportunity to pay the charge within 8 days rather than the fine. Nochex should not be taking and "processing" payments for a third party who are clearly scammers.

SCAM - Nochex stole my CAZ payment, now I have a PCN!
I used Nochex to pay for the Birmingham CAZ. I didn't realise it was a scam payment service and thought I was paying Birmingham City Council directly. I have since received a PCN from BCC for non-payment. It's a disgrace, the payment paid has simply not been passed on to the council and I am now unable to prove I paid (more than I should have!) to use the zone. I need this payment to be given to the council immediately and proof it has happened so I can get the PCN cancelled.

Dart Crossing Scam…
6th November Paid for Dart crossing 5th of November on my iPhone using Apple Pay my account was debited £6.00 for a £2.50 charge and apparently no money was sent to the Dart Crossing site.
