Bunch of crooks
Nochex charged me £12 to use the Dartford crossing for what should have been a £2:50 fee. I believed that must have been a 2 way cost, but no, I have just received a penalty charge for non payment! Nochex are a bunch of crooks!

Following on from my previous review and comments issued by NoChex, i emailed them seperately requesting that as the fee they were paid £14.00 for the access to the Bham Clean Air Zone was not paid to Birmingham Council £8.00 that they should refund my payment as the service paid for was not provided in full - In addition Clean AirZone have not contacted me regarding the fine i incurred £60.00 for failing to pay Birmingham Council. Both Nochex and CleanAirZone are scammers - following your reply as a payment processor please issue me a refund. I have called the number you list but no one answers and have emailed no one has replied. You should be ashamed being part of this SCAM

Absolutely joke, just recieved a letter like everyone else with a fine for not paying clear air zone. When infact I did throught you morons. The website shouldn't even be aloud. Scammers are us. Shut the page down and refund us all to help put towards out bloody fines.

I paid a ulez charge to a company which…
I paid a ulez charge to a company which was not tfl and was charge £17.50 4 weeks later I got a pcn for £90 . I called Nochex and was reassured this would be sorted out. True to their word my PCN has been paid by the company I paid my charge to.

Allow scammers to thrive!!!
Why do you allow cleanairzoneDOTonline website to even be there when you have so many hardworking people being scammed by them?!?! You are as much guilty as them for not paying the clean air zone tax and the fact that you know about that website is being a f..ng SCAM!!! I will look into this and not leaving it like this. I will contact a solicitors for you to pay me back my hard earned money.

Why do Nochex take payment for something they don't pay???…
I like others thought that when I paid Nochex for my clean air zone payment for driving through Birmingham that was it. I now have a PCN letter saying I'm being fined for non payment!!! Who and why are we directed to Nochex and where did my £14 go if not to pay for Caz charge??

I paid my ULEZ charge on their site and ended up getting a penalty notice for £90 4 weeks later from TFL. I want confirmation from them to dispute this fine but can’t find a way to speak to the company. Total scammers.

Wheres my money Nochex?
Paid the CAZ in Birmingham £14, think no more of it as recieved reciept from Nochex. 4 weeks later get a PNC from Birmingham City Council saying i hadnt paid the CAZ charge. Have recreated steps i took and no sight of Nochex site in search results once back home. Clearly localised optomistion in Birmingham. Wheres my money gone if BCC dont have it please? Can you pay them ASAP.

I paid for a round trip to go via the Dartford Tunnel it cost £12.00 apparently you pay this company £7.00 for the privilege. The Ombudsman is involved as is Trading Standards. No-one replies to messages. Please avoid this Nochex company. Total scam.
Received a reply this morning 21.12.2023 from Nochex and they are refunding my £12.00

I paid Birmingham clean air zone charge…
I paid Birmingham clean air zone charge to this company on the day i went through it. A few weeks later i received a fine from Birmingham city council as they have not paid it. Not only was it £14 instead of £8 but they haven’t paid and now the council want £120. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. Do not let yourself be scammed like myself.
Update, As a payment processor you still promised to process a payment for me which you haven’t done as i have received a fine. Your automated response is poor and not a reasonable reply!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
Excellent Service from Start to Finish. I have recently signed up with Nochex to provide me with a Payment Gateway service for my Competition Business Red7Comps. Dwight was extremely helpful in getting the account setup and would answer any questions I had.
Once the account was setup, I dealt with Charlotte in helping get the payment gateway setup on my website. She has been brilliant through out and any questions or issues I had, I would phone her and she would deal with it straight away. Nothing has been too much hassle for her. Thank you Charlotte.
One off the things I liked is they don't try and fob you off or rush you off the phone they spend time listening and answering any questions you have.
