Date reception is poor driving around…
Date reception is poor driving around the UK it often drops out. I even had no reception in a significant town and couldn’t use google maps to find my way which was very stressful. My friend had Lyca and could use maps but my phone just sits with an alleged 1 one bar of 4G and nothing works. Endless swirling

Nomad simplicity second to none
Nomad eSIM is so easy. From selection to use, Nomad gives us connection to home when we travel. Set up is simple, with guided instruction if you need it so even if you’re not too tech savvy, you’ll be able to achieve this. Then simply arrive at your destination, turn your home mobile service off and your Nomad eSIM on. I’ve done this upon landing every time and usually have mobile data at my fingertips before I’ve exited the aircraft. I’m then free to roam cities and outback’s with maps, Ubers, sightseeing and more all with the same accessibility.

Unlimited data plan? Unlimited throttling after only 2G.
Bought the three day unlimited data package. But the fine print says throttled you to 0.2mbs after 2G of downloads per day. Calling a 2G daily plan unlimited is diabolical. Wouldn't even refund so I could buy another plan. The cost of losing a loyal business traveller? €11. Never again.

The esim started automatically upon arrival abroad which was great. So I was connected right away and did not have to rely on free wifi.
