Its a useless piece of equipment..it will alway say you car its ok ..then I went for a service andthe car had about 7 errors
I bought a Zus mini smart Health…
I bought a Zus mini smart Health monitor (free but postage) and did some scans. I thought it worked well when it showed that 43 items scanned. However, this morning I found out that it did not do anything. When my phone was still trying to connect to the monitor and I tried to press Scan. Amazingly, it still scanned 43 items as normal and no errors found meanwhile my car’s Diesel Particulate Filter light (yellow warning light was on). I think it is a rubbish product.

I'm in complete agreemance with Daniel K, and Patrick. I saw the ad on Facebook and I even went to the website to check the validity of the item and I was somewhat intrigued and it seemed as if it would be a handy thing to have especially now that I just bought a 2020 dodge ram. I paid around $20+ for shipping and Recieved it within (2) weeks, my Son hooked it up and installed the app. on both of our phones and I've had it for approximently a month now and it gives me every "major" details needed.
if you want more "extensive" monitoring like tire pressure, back up camera, battery gauge,HD music Adapter. (THEY ARE ALL ADD ON'S AND YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE MORE EQUIPMENT & ADAPTERS AND WILL COST MORE MONEY) But with what it comes with (ZUS Smart Tire Saftey Monitor, Vehicle Health Monitor, Key Finder) It works GREAT and gives you all of the proper information to keep your vehicle safe and healthy
Quite scammy, would not trust it ever again
Like a lot of people mentioned here, delivery problems "apparently". It was an Australia post office parcel collect address that hasn't failed me for years whether it is aupost or any other courier service delivering. Not this time though. Pretty bad customer service too, prompt, but unhelpful.
SCAM
Offers free Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini (Gen 4) - supposedly costs $59.99 so i checked out and guess what? shipping costs $59.99 lol seriously can you guys at least try harder at scamming? hahahaha what a joke

Awful company order the obd2 and they said that was shipped but waited 6 month and still waiting. Not recommended at all
I dont know why ppl are claming this is…
I dont know why ppl are claming this is a scam when they admit to giving the wrong adress and other reasons? Ordered on tuesday, got in on friday. The apps seems to work but havent tried everything yet. I only payed for shipping. Sure the package was sent without tracking but I guess they are saving money playing the numbers on lost packages.
Never received my package - likely scam
Never received my package. They say because my apt number is missing. I did put in all details, so maybe the system knock it off somehow. Regardless, my leasing office accepts packages (it is their address when voiding the apt number).
There is even no valid shipping tracking number from USPS (despite their claim that usps has returned it to their warehouse due to insufficient address).
Their free giveaway with $8.95 shipping was a scam in my case.
If you don’t receive yours in a timely manner, dispute the transaction with your credit card.

i ordered 2 devices
i ordered 2 devices, i paid 12,63 € each for shipping, came within 5 days, i am happy with product, doing exactly what they're advertising....and customer service through the email response fast.
Genuine Scam
Genuine Scam. The reason they give me that Royal Mail returned the parcel because I gave wrong address ( in their opinion I didn’t put my local town name), house number and post code correct. What a joke, I am gonna complaint to Facebook for this kind of fraudulent activity. File a claim through PayPal and also leaving the review so other can see.
100% SCAM
SCAM! Don't fall for the paid for / staff reviews. A simple Internet search will show that this company does not exist. Your dispatch email will say your item is on the way using whatever your national postal service is but claim they can't give tracking information due to a limit. What this "limit" is we'll never know. It will also say that it will take a very unusual length of time to arrive even though it's being dispatched from the same country you live in.
If you've paid for one of these then contact your card company, bank or PayPal to make a claim because you have been scammed.
They will NOT reply to messages and there is no valid phone number. Stay away from these con artists.
Not a Scam!
I orderd the item when I saw the ad in Facebook and I just have to pay postage for around $27 NZD. It does what it says, you put it in your car and download the ZUS app and ofcourse there are ads for their other product in the app (i.e. tyre safety monitor, reverse came, etc) but you can totally ignore it if you don’t want to buy, there’s also a subscription if you want to log your unlimited mileage/trips, else you get free 60 trips/mo. - Personally, this is enough for personal use. The product does what is says, it scans for any issues on my car, has car locator, speedometer, etc.
As for shipping, it came through standard postage and took about 2 wks to arrive from Australia (NSW depot) to NZ. You also get a tracking # once shipped and can check this on NZPost as well, that way you can track it. Also, make sure to check the tracking all the time because in my case, NZPost messed up. The tracking says delivered but I didn’t get the item in my mail box, so I contacted NZpost customer service and they replied that they will do investigation of the item and then the next day, I got it.
So for items that you didn’t receive. Go check with NZpost!
Tip: Remove the device when car is not used to avoid battery draining.

Not a scam
Great product arrived very quick especially through covid-19 works well might have to purchase other products for the app but cant complain
Scam do not purchase
Scam do not purchase. Even though I paid for just shipping which was $16 it's not worth the money. You need to apply for different subscriptions and also buy more products in order to get the different functions.
I ordered it for free
I ordered it for free, I paid for the shipping and it arrived.
I haven't used it yet, not sure if it's going to lock my car's CPU or my phone through the app.
I'll read a few more reviews on those have used it before I go ahead. A little cautious when I get things for free.
Buyer beware: scam practices
Buyer beware - I ordered a product from them which never arrived. I contacted them several times and never got a response nor my money back.
All their social media accounts are plagued with complains like this, I just wish I had done my due dilligence before buying from them.
I almost never write reviews but this one very well deserves my time as people should be aware of this company's scammy practices.
