I bought this off an add on facebook, I know its fishy just from there. I was in mid July, and still today, start of october I didn't reveived anything and the shipping tracking they give you is fake. They offered a refund but I never got a confirmation. Stay away from this "give away".

Scam. Waiting over 2 months and they didn’t even bother to reply back to query. They did say 5-7 days shipped from uk but ....... 2 months gone.So scam beware.

Ordered the free health monitor on Aug. 12. Now been a month and still have not received it from New York. They do not respond to your complaints so it's a scam. I would give it a zero star!!!!

I ordered and paid for the gadget early July 2020 and it arrived early Sept. 2020. Item is shipped from China and due to limited flights, postal shipments take much longer today than usual. The gadget works, is easy to install and the monitoring app is easy to use. You can see some useful vehicle and engine info that normally stays hidden for you. I especially like the option called "car finder", very handy!

They withdrew the money for delivery and wrote that it was an error with my card, but I took the money and I did not receive any confirmation. I contacted customer service where they told me to try again, probably to extract some more money for nothing) )

Its not a scam. I ordered one, paid the postage only and received it today. It does all they claim it does and works on petrol and diesel. It tells you any diagnostic codes along with loads of helpful info. It even clears the codes!!

Excellent little gadget in my eyes.

they are insurance provider, you are paying by providing your information for them to use, it's not free!
on top of that they charge extra for shipping

I paid them USD 8.74 for "shipping cost" in order to get a free "Smart Vehicle Health Monitor Mini" on 19 April 2020. After 4 months the item is still in transit and it is sure that it will take 1-2 months in order to receive it, if i ever receive. The REAL SCAM here is that they ask USD 8.74 for shipping but in fact they use a "Z" priority (not safe at all) shipping service which costs less than USD 0.5. This is how they are making money and this is why, in fact, they sell the product and do not "give it for free". They found a real clever way to "scam" people and sell thousands (i believe) of pieces arround the world. Without being totally sure i read somewhere that in order to use the part and take advantage of all of its functions you have to be registered paying subscription to them. So it might not be A REAL SCAM IT IS RATHER A HUGE SCAM

I see add on facebook that they are giving away 2000000 device free which seems a scam to me but I was atrracted with device so I did research and I found Amazon sells the device and many other so company existance was not question, so then I applied for one device free and they asked me to pay postage at last which was £8.99 but I paid thinking its valid, I had no hope that it will come but it came 12/08 and I am happy with device, it worked in my nissan qashqai j11 and give me good details. its lot more then the money I paid even though it was just postage cost. I am happy and I can say its not a scam.

Drove a 2008 Chevy, had a problem with my tires for a long time. Bought the tire monitor for it and it shows exactly what I need to know about my tires: pressure & temp. I love the fact that it told me which tire has had a problem and to what degree. The slow-leak feature sounds nice but it hasn’t applied to my situation yet, will see down the road. Overall great device.

It's fake strategy used by chinese sellers to cheat you. They could have told that they are selling for $9. Instead they are showing price as 0 and charge more shipping for a product which is worth $5. Not worth it. Stay Away.....

I've been using the monitor for a few weeks and it works well. Shipping took a while but it was a great deal overall.

I've had the ZUS car charger for over 2 years and it's the only accessory I've taken with me from my old 2005 Sentra to my 2019 Tacoma. The music adapter also worked great in my Sentra but is no longer needed in my Tacoma. Overall, would recommend this to a friend.

Thought it was a scam just like everyone else when I didn't receive my order for 20 days. Contacted the customer service and were told to wait a bit longer. Got it yesterday from my local postal office, tried it on my Camry and it worked just fine. Guess you just have to be patient. Super interested in their backup camera, might give it a try if the vehicle health monitor keeps doing what it suppose to do for my car.

Been waiting for more than 3 months now. The total in the cart says something and some other amount will be deducted from the card. Just be careful and I highly advise not to buy anything from them. After all it’s a Chinese operated company and every product is shipped from China with a fake tracking number that doesn’t even exist.

Mine arrived on time and was working just fine with my Kia. I got the ZUS Smart Tire Safety Monitor and it's really helpful for me ever since. Maybe the delay was due to the global pandemic, is all?

Overall, I think I'll order more products and recommend them to my family as well!
