Brittany was excellent with the whole process - I had to phone and order a special flagging winter jacket for a client and she was able to quickly find the right winter jacket for my specifications. I also came over later in the week to bring a client of mine in to buy special gloves and bib overalls and again Brittany was able to help us even though the computers were down.

To be honest, the service from both Lance and Tony is incomparable to any other suppliers. Not are they the most reasonable with pricing, if they cant find something or dont sell it ... I'm pointed in the right direction.

Great, they even found a missing back order from 8 months earlier that had come in after being paid in full earlier.

excellent service person and gear. But I waited very long for service as there was not enough staff and he was answering the phone when there was a line up. don't answer the phone when people are waiting. Must change that rule. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The sanding disks I bought work very well but, the hole in the middle of the disc is a bit to small for the metal piece that screws on. I use a Makita grinder and have never had this problem before.

I always get great help from ADRIAN in Dawson. That guy is awesome! He puts in incredible personal effort to keep the customers happy and the business rolling! Thumbs up!

However, despite all this his actions are limited by the way the sales operations are set up. He only gets help by various temporary assistants and has to do the bulk of all the work himself (I actually noticed him working on Sundays or holidays to catch up with yard work). The store does not stock enough and does not restock as needed, I often find empty bins and shelves instead of the items I am looking for. The computer system is slow and complicated with all those encrypted parts numbers. Special orders take a long time to arrive (I understand that we are literally located on the end of the road but shipments from Ontario or BC should not take 4 weeks or so to arrive). NIS management should have a good look into this!

That all being said it is not Adrian's fault. He goes above and beyond of what his actual job is. His "higher ups" should pay more attention, and value his great attitude and determination accordingly!
