I never normally write bad reviews as I know on occasion everyone can have an ‘off’ day. I however feel compelled to write this. I had the misfortune to be sent by my employer to collect a hire a from Norhgate Aberdeen branch. When I arrived at the rental reception I was initially ignored, not an issue as I know what it’s like to be busy. Eventually I was spoken to by one of the ‘Customer Service’ lady’s, on first impressions friendly looking older lady with grey hair. How wrong could I be about friendly!! The van I was to collect wasn’t ready and being up against the clock myself I dared to ask ‘how long it might take’. I can honestly say I’ve never been spoken to with such disrespect by anybody in a supposed ‘customer service’ role. I was barked at ‘it will be ready when it is, sit down in the hall’ and she stormed back to her desk and sat down. Maybe a bad day! Or by the smell of drink, a bad hangover!!
