NG Banbury come out on top!
Following a van breakdown the previous evening which RAC were unable to repair, I had to drive to NG Banbury, & unfortunately be a walk in without prior notice. But I needn't have worried as the NG staff managed to diagnose the problem, & ordered the required parts, didn't leave me stranded without a work vehicle, sourced & prepared a suitable van so I could continue with my working day. I don't all the staff names, but Steve J, Phil & Mark, & the Manager were all friendly & helpful.
All in all, Banbury NG are a good depot, & I recommend them.

Had a great experience in Banbury
Had a great experience in Banbury, the entire process was smooth and hassle free, from getting to Banbury shop after breaking down to the return of my courtesy. The courtesy was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly making what started as a stressful event to a stress-free experience. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and went above and beyond - everyone offered me tea/coffee! I highly recommend to anyone who breaks down to do it near Banbury.

Absolutely terrible service, hopeless communication.
This van rental provided because I was involved in an accident and my own van was written off. The day it was delivered they just showed up without any communication whatsoever, I eventually get a phone call to say they were outside my home so I then had leave my place of work to accept the van which was a huge inconvenience. I then had the van for a couple of weeks but I was then told it had to be returned, Monday 3rd. Feb. was agreed. At the end of that day I called to say nobody had been to collect. Tuesday I called again, nothing, Wednesday 5th. I sent an email which I'm yet to get a response, the van is currently still sitting outside my home where it will remain as I'm no longer responsible. Absolutely awful service

Best Northgate branch experience in the last 16 years
I’ve been driving Northgate vehicles since 2008 and have experienced taking vehicles in for servicing or breakdown/ Faults many time and to about 8 different Northgate branches. This branch Banbury is new to me. I was in Banbury last Monday working when I encountered a problem with the door locks resulting in the vehicle not locking. A quick internet search found this branch, I had no idea that Northgate had a branch in Banbury. The service advisor and the technician that worked on my vehicle were brilliant. The lock needed a replacement which had to be ordered from the manufacturer, once in arrived in branch they contacted me to get me booked in. Banbury is a 2 hour drive for me and despite having to get up at 5am to be the for 8am (my local Northgate branch is 20mins) I thought if this is how efficient and courteous they are then maybe it’s worth coming back for the repair. I wasn’t wrong. The job was done and I was on my way at 09:15 and that includes the vehicle leaving site to go to a 3rd party workshop for some welding. So well done to the team at Banbury.

I had the misfortune of having to take my vehicle in, it was the first time in a while! There is a new manager and she actually knows what she is doing. She listened to my concerns and although couldn't help me there and then she set a plan in motion and the team carried it out seamlessly and they kept me informed. The driver even went out of his way to come in and make sure I got back on the road. Really impressed.
