Our account opening went really well. It was a simple process.

Had an amazing experience from the start,
Erwin checked me in digitally, Johan took care of my Van.
I was offered a great selection of hot drinks, they even put on BBC to watch World Cup.
Regular updates were given and when they realised it will take a bit of time to sort my issue out , I was given directions to local eateries.
Guys were just energetic and with it.
Will only be booking my service here.

I came on Monday to change my 2 wipers, they said they don't have one and they will order it and call me, the wipers are just broken. I'm going back to the warehouse in Basildon today, Saturday, they didn't know what to say and they still didn't order

As long standing business customer with a fleet of 30 vans we have had some testing challenges recently which the Basildon Team has risen too, and taken away some logistical pain.
