The speed in which the mechanics complete the above two task is admirable.
Recent staff changes e.g Depot Manager have certainly made a positive and refreshing change to the whole experieance when visiting the Depot.

Its been a pleasure dealing with northgate. From the first email to delivery of vehicle it was 10/10. Service is second to none and the person delivering the vehicle was brilliant. He was polite explained everything in detail. The vehicle was clean in absolute mint condition.

Super swift service
I called it on Friday to collect a replacement key for my van , and asked for my tyre depth to be checked while I we’re there , one tyre was just above the legal limit , they managed to get me booked in the following morning ( Saturday ) first thing 8am so it didn’t impact my work load for the following week. Sat in reception waiting , eavesdropping on the calls made by the reception staff thinking how professional they are. Just 1 hour later van returned to me by the excellent workshop staff with 3 x new tyres on. Excellent service as always.Thank you.
