Their website says "High customer Satisfaction"????

Very poor customer service that does not align with what they say their values are on their website. I only got a reply when I said I would contact fair trading. Wish I bought the bed elsewhere now as it will be delivered long after their online promise.

Great quality

Great quality, we have now used 2 of these and find them super practical for our sons sleep. My partner will not let him sleep without it.

Good quality product

Good quality product, havent used it yet though, we bought in advance for baby due in early 2022. Only reason to give 4 stars is that a similar product is available for cheaper price elsewhere

Be wary.

It was a great product once it finally arrived but it took a month and a half to get here and tracking was never sent, I had to ask for it. Also be aware that the product actually comes from eBay. If I had of known this, I would have ordered directly through eBay myself and would be guaranteed better communication than I received. Not a very well run company and I won't be ordering from this site again.

Currently waiting 6 weeks for parcel

I placed my order on 24/09/21 and am yet to receive the carrier. I have emailed the company twice now in regards to my order. The tracking states the parcel is still sitting in Sydney with no further progress. This is obscene.
I understand the current situation has caused delays, but this is unacceptable. I expect communication and assistance in regards to this please.

We are going to assume that you have contacted the courier about this, as I'm sure you understand we are a seperate business from them.

Can you please send through the correspondence with the courier in regards to this, we are sure this has happened before leaving a negative review with us, after giving us less than a day to respond to you over a weekend.

We also thank you for bring this to our attention, as we find it a little bit hard to track all order, which we also assume you understand.

Still not receive my order after two months

Has not received my order after two month (ordered on 9th September)
This is ridiculous as I keep contact NorthShore Baby, but no response at all.
This is for baby, how can I baby wait for two month with no carry! It has been extremely hard for us in the Lockdown time has no baby carrier and have to buy another one. Such a waste my money.
Will definitely not recommend to any mom if you are looking for a baby carrier. Never experienced customer service as bad as NorthShore Baby
