Service and delivery time frame was great

Wrong color canopy was delivered & we contacted you . Supplied postage free label to return & we requested correct color be forwarded . No contact after this so followed up & them received a refund with no communication. When tried to follow up again you didn’t respond for days & then offered to investigate but have never heard from you again. Not impressed to be honest .

I’m still waiting for my item and it’s been 3 weeks. They have not contact me to let know me that it’s been delayed. Not happy.

The company was a pleasure to deal with. Fast delivery and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend and shop here again.

Backpack was much smaller than I expected. My daughter cannot fit her babies’ things in it.

Great service and products - mailing/delivery was an issue but may well have been out of NSB control/influence. Needed to contact NSB as parcels hadn't arrived and was then provided Tracking numbers. 2 parcels ordered, on different orders. One sent via courier the other via Aust Post.

All that it was advertised as being - it is!

Website is very misleading - I purchased from this place under the impression they were an Australian Owned Small Business - which I don't doubt they are, but I was expecting quality Australian Made items, especially for the price! I was shocked and so angry to find when the belly band turned up at my house, it was terrible! Started with a disgusting plastic sleeve, then, the biggest kick was the Chinese tag on the product, in Chinese, when I searched this bran don Ebay (where I was origiannly looking to purchase from, but decided to support Australia) the bands are being sold on Ebay for $13 - I paid $60 plus shipping! After I complained they said I could return for a fee which was pathetic, my hands were tied and I was stuck a cheap and nasty product (which was a belly band for after surgery, so naturally, the quality and support came into question as well). Steer clear of this shop, I have now also noticed they have removed quite a few of their products.... including the belly bands.

Wasn't happy with product, it didn't look like the pictures, looks very cheap, feels very cheap, don't think it will last very long - if i even use it....Wanted to try and return the bag and they charge a fee for a return AND a restocking fee, so they make it not worth it, conveniently.

Delivery was quick but item looked a change bag looked different from online. Quality doesn't seem as good given cost

Beautiful bag. I got the black with gold zips. Lots of compartments. Only thing is it didn't come with a change mat like other bags but I just bought one from baby bunting. No big deal. Straps onto pram perfectly and looks great. Also easy access with all the zips

Ensure to check the returns policy as they will charge you 2 fees if you wish to return your product for a refund, there are no fee's if you return for store credit however. The customer service was ok, response time fine. When my product arrived it appeared to be very cheap in quality and not up to the standard most people would expect for paying over $50 for a portable baby bed mattress.
The portable baby bed mattress had great reviews however I would not consider myself to be a picky person but the bed looks and feels very cheap. Can't help but wonder if only the favorable reviews are posted....

Purchased this bag for my daughter & was so impressed I just bought another 1 for my other daughter that both have babies due in the next 8 weeks . They are great quality, good zips & easy to clean . Love them
