I was a little disappointed in the cup holder I purchased to be honest - it wasn’t finished as well or professionally as I would have expected for the price I paid

Took ages to arrive, I thought the quality would be better, but it does the job.

I don’t recommend the product . Is not good for baby , it’s difficult to put on the baby and difficult to remove . At the beginning I though it was good, but after I compared with baby bjorn and I found out the big different. If you don’t want to hurt your back and hurt your baby’s hips better no to buy .

Very pleased with the lovely little floor mat (giraffe.) NorthShore Baby had it packed and ready for shipping almost immediately. Aust. Post somewhat slower in delivery. Very pleased with item.

I received my bag today and I severely underwhelmed and extremely disappointed. The quality is horrendous and well below par. The zippers are cheap and sticky and I will be shocked if they last a week with an empty bag, let alone filled with baby stuff. If able to feel this bag prior to purchasing I wouldn’t pay $20 for it, let alone $72 – thank goodness I didn’t pay full price of $99.

I don’t know what can be done in regards to compensation or returns, but i am also yet to hear, back from my initial email, from the Company.

Iam still waiting for this item to arrive.

I purchased a nappy bag.
Absolutely love it has so much room for a back pack love all the little pockets makes organising a lot easier and accessing things now is so much better dont have pull 101 things out just to find 1 thing my other nappy bag has been converted to a sleep over bag and the NorthShore Baby Backpack is my everday bag.
very fast shipping arrived couple days before expect date.

I love the bag. I bought it for my brother & sister-in-law. It has a lot of space and hidey holes for all of your baby items.
Only criticism is that it should have a shoulder strap as well.

Purchase was a little disappointing for the cost .
Just hope our new grand baby likes it

We bought the deluxe nappy bag backpack reduced from $100 to $69.95. The picture shows a quality bag and many features not included in the actual product. The product was also much smaller than the pictures online.
Purchased as a gift and would never give as a gift.
