Never Again

I bought some sunglasses from Northweek. After they arrived After 2 weeks, I realized that they were sitting crooked because the bracket is not properly in the holder. So i contacted the Support but received no response from there. Unfortunately the quality of the sunglasses is generally very poor and does not justify the expensive Price. I will never buy here again.

Worst sunglasses I ever bought

Worst sunglasses I ever bought ! The blue/green coating is gone after 2 weeks of careful use ! The sunglasses looks scratched and ugly now.bAnd the customer service refuse to refund or send back another product... Worst experience ever !

Wrong pair

Placed an order om the 16th of June wirh 2 pairs. It arrived in 8 business days and one of the pairs was the wrong model. Contact them via their website, twice. Still no response so far. Never ordering from them again. I'll keep on trying to obtain the right pair.

Slow communication, slow shipping, and bad quality.

In their page it says to Portugal shipping and delivery is 48 / 72 hours. I made the order in August 8th and received it on the 18th. It took 7 working days for the order to be delivered (1 holiday in the 15th).
When I finally received my order, one of the products was wrong and the Yaw model is all very cheap plastic. Sent the email at 12pm to get instructions in how to send them the product back and get the correct order. Now is the 21st and I still didn't receive an answer.

Edit - They contacted me and will send me the correct sunglasses free of charge. Good move. :)

Edit 2 - So today is September 9th and I still didn't receive the correct order. It was sent in August 24th. The 72 hours delivery is still not a reality. 10 business days and still no delivery.

Delivery is a joke

I've ordered few pairs encouraged by good weather and funky colours. 3-5 working days delivery advertised - it's already been 18 working days and no glasses; now I'm just waiting for them to arrive for pure comedy value - as far as I can see summer in the UK is gone :) but maybe they can deliver acceptable product in the next 40 weeks :)

Long waiting and wrong comunication

Honestly, ordered 2 sunglasses for me and my brother. The expected time was 8 days - wanted them to have as soon as the sun comes out. However, after 21 days their post system decided to give me the information that the package can´f find the way to me while the other eshops (paid through PayPal with the same adress) hadn´t the same problem yet.

I don´t recomend it either, mails are coming in spanish so watch out

Do not order via Northweek - extremely bad customer service, no communication, late or undelivered orders

After paying and ordering sunglasses of which I was told they were gonna arrive in 2-7 days and I was gonna receive an email confirming they sent them, I didn't get a confirmation email, and after more than a week of waiting the sunglasses still aren't delivered to me. I tried contacting customer support, but they didn't reply until I've sent them like 4 emails and two facebook messages and they replied in Spanish (which I told them not to because I don't speak Spanish) with something short and vague like "your order is on the way" (according to Gtranslate) . Not a mention of when exactly are they arriving (or why they're already a week late), even though I specifically told them I want glasses in a day or two or I want my money back, not even an apology. Unprofessional and rude.

Unprofessional delay on delivery

I placed my order taking advantage of Northweek's generous 50% discount on Black Friday. The estimated delivery date for the EU was 1-3 w..days according to their site. After waiting for 2 weeks, I tried to contact their customer support by an email; it took a different person each time about 2 days to reply. I was informed then that I did not had my street number placed in my order (remains unclear why it took them so long to realize this). So after providing it, it took them another 3 weeks to deliver it. I asked for an apology voucher or at least an express delivery on their expenses, but they declined both,

The outcome: the sunglasses are cool and seem resilient, but I would not recommend their e-shop for any reason

This spanish company...
ONE STAR!!!
i ordered sunglasses for me and paid it directly.
2 weeks later no sunglasses and my money is away...
the support is really bad, cant help me and speaks only spanish.
its the worst thing ive ever seen...
never never never more... D:

Worst quality plastic

I have bought a pair of bright grey sunglasses, needless to say the quality was extremely poor produced with very low quality plastic which made the whole spectacle bulky and uncomfortable.
